Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Revenue of “Cherry Tomatoes” in the Urban Hydrofarm Business Hydroponic Technique in Batu Kota, Malalayang District, Manado City. Quantitative data analysis method to determine the income of “Cherry Tomatoes” Hydroponic Engineering Business Urban Hydrofarm. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the help of a list of previously prepared questions. Secondary data were obtained from books, internet, journals, and other sources related to the problems discussed in this study. The results showed that the total revenue from the “Cherry Tomato” Urban Hydrofarm business was Rp. 8.600,000. While the total cost incurred in the production process of cherry tomatoes during the 6-month planting period is Rp. 6.234.200. So that the Urban Hydrofarm business hydroponic technique “Cherry Tomatoes” obtained in Batu Kota, Malalayang District, Manado City, is Rp. 2.365.800, during 5x harvest / 6 planting period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of extension workers in improving rice farming in West Kosio Village, Dumoga Tengah District. This research was conducted from October to December 2020 at Kosio Barat Village, Dumoga Tengah District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used is a survey method by taking primary data obtained through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires), and secondary data obtained from the village office, as well as related agencies. Sampling used simple random sampling method, with a sample of 25 rice farmers in West Kosio Village and 1 extension worker in West Kosio Village, a total of 26 respondents. The results showed that the percentage index of the role of extension workers in rice farming was 54% (less role).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of farmers from stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The method of data collection is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the income level of stevia (Stevia rebaudiana bertoni) farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency was Rp. 6,032,411, with revenues of Rp. 16,665,000 and a total cost of Rp. 10,632,589. Stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency is reviewed based on the R/C Ratio feasible to cultivate because the R/C Ratio > 1, where the R/C Ratio of stevia farming is 1.56. Stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency in terms of Break Even Point analysis based on a production unit of 138,276/kg dry stevia leaves, which means the production of 138,276/kg dry stevia leaves can cover the total costs incurred while based on the value of BEP production price shows Rp. 2,091 which means that the selling price of stevia leaves of Rp. 2,091 has reached the point of return of principal. From the BEP calculation, it shows where the BEP of production prices and BEP of production units have reached the break-even point, which means that stevia farming is neither profitable nor losing.
