Abstract

PThis objective study will produce research findings that can be used or acted upon by elements related to the investigation, in this case the research conducted by researchers in mosso about matters relating to the role of education in the family as the main basis in providing guidance for implementing social problems include the rampant consumption of alcohol among teenagers. in this study the researcher got the results of the study that there needs to be a very urgent role from the parents' side to educate children on the basis of religion, motivate children so that the moral for teenagers in mosso can develop well in order to prevent evil and evil deeds. The results showed that the influence of liquor among adolescents in mosso country is currently quite alarming, judging by the lack of education of children towards their children, lack of evaluation of children's learning at home, and this can lead to social irregularities for teenagers often sitting around hanging out while drinking alcohol. , but usually most of the consumption of alcohol if there is a joget party celebration at every wedding and other events involving the village of course the rise of alcohol will propagate most of it is among junior and senior high school teenagers, so the rise of alcohol can damage the character of teenagers as the next generation nation. this research is expected to increase enthusiasm for the community, especially in an effort to eradicate and overcome alcohol in the country of mosso by conducting family education as a first step for children to enter a more free environment.

Abstract

Describes the tradition of Louwe Basudarao culture in marriage by the Siri Sori Islam Society in the perspective of Islamic law. From the results of the study with theological, physiological, sociological and anthropological approaches, it can be understood that Louwe Basudarao is a Local Culture carried out by the Siri Sori Islam Society in preparation for marriage. This tradition has been rooted in the procession before the marriage of the community so that none of Louwe Basudarao's activities escaped even though it was carried out in various different regions. Louwe Basudarao tradition with the purpose and meaning contained in it generally corresponds to the principles of Islamic law, because 1) contains a logical benefit 2) generally applies to the community in a place or at least among the majority of its people, 3) has been valid for a long time, not new customs that emerge later, 4) do not conflict with the arguments of shara that exist or conflict with the general principles of Islamic Shari'a. Marriage is the obligation of mankind to fulfill biological needs and advice in Islam to follow the Sunnah of the Apostle in creating a good generation and believers, so before marriage first do a series of arrangements for Mahar deliberations, then the bride and groom each perform Louwe Basudara. The provision of money in Louwe has been set a standard fee on the basis of mutual consultation. This tradition has been carried out by the previous ancestors as a form of mutual standardism or helping each other in the event of the bride and groom's request to launch a marriage. at first, every family who wants to take care of their child will first conduct friendship (family gathering) between a large family of clan eyes and notify and coordinate with the Chairperson of the IKKAASSI. Every Descendant or Siri Family in Islam wherever they are This Louwe Basudarao tradition has been carried out by ancestors since time immemorial to help each other and strengthen the brotherhood with the slogan of Mae Ipika Mese Tula Ehu Mese-Mese which means 'Come together to help each other'.

Abstract

Implementation of human resource management for educators is a very important role. professional human resource educators will produce quality and learning and education. However, one of the problems that often occurs in the implementation of management for educators is if they do not use systems and good management governance. This usually happens due to the lack of serious attention from related parties such as foundations and head of school or other stake holders who have responsibilities and important roles in developing the quality of educational institutions. The problems that occur in MA Al-Hilaal Tehoru are that there is no broad acceptance information, no selection system is applied either for administration or academic test selection, but the placement of teachers is based on academic educational background, but there are other things that are very important to explore related to structural from the Al-Hilaal Tehoru foundation because in general there is no administrative and organizational involvement with the schools they support. The focus of this research is the implementation of acceptance, selection and placement for teaching staff in MA Al-Hilaal Tehoru, Tehoru sub-district, Central Maluku Tengah. This type of research is descriptive research, qualitative approach, data sources are primary data, and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through interview guidelines, Observation sheets and documentation. Based on the findings of the results of this study are; a) Implementation of admission management is done for educators but the admission information is not through the method of publicity so that applicants meet directly with the principal in the office room. b) the selection process is carried out by the school, but the concept of the procedure is not carried out in an integrated manner because prospective educators applying for graduation are considered to have academic qualifications and are considered to have educational background so that they are considered capable. c) the placement has been carried out based on a meeting with the principal, so that all educators are placed according to their knowledge and expertise and the school involves educators from other schools if the position of the subject has no educator to support it.

Abstract

This article describes the impact of online learning on the quality of learning for students at MAN 2 Central Maluku. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of educators in online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, the quality of online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, and barriers to online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively using swot analysis. The results of the study show that: a) The role of teachers at MAN 2 Central Maluku is very good, teachers work professionally and according to their scientific competence, this can be seen from the teacher's efforts in anticipating online learning methods with various trainings to prepare professional teachers in answering educational problems. b) The quality of online learning is still not maximized due to supervision and learning outcomes that are not optimal, besides that online teacher learning methods are also not effective which makes students more saturated, learning should improve students' understanding and skills. c) The obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic are certainly very many because the online learning process requires schools, teachers and parents to be ready, otherwise there will be an impression of being forced, this will be a big problem for the quality of Indonesian education in the future

Abstract

Penerimaan peserta didik baru merupakan kebutuhan sekolah yang dilaksanakan pada setiap awal tahun ajaran. Sesuai dengan regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah, penerimaan peserta didik baru dilakukan melalui empat jalur, yaitu jalur domisili sebesar 30%, jalur prestasi sebesar 30%, jalur afirmasi sebesar 30%, dan jalur mutasi sebesar 5%. Pelaksanaan penerimaan melalui jalur-jalur tersebut memerlukan manajemen kesiswaan yang efektif dan efisien agar proses penerimaan berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti meninjau aspek manajemen sekolah dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru melalui keempat jalur tersebut, sehingga dapat terlaksana secara baik, tertib, dan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam mengenai manajemen penerimaan peserta didik baru yang meliputi jalur Domisili, Afirmasi, Prestasi, dan Mutasi di SMA Negeri 25 Maluku Tengah. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, Kepala Urusan Humas, Kepala Urusan Kesiswaan, serta operator sekolah. Para subjek tersebut dipilih karena memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan manajemen sekolah, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penerimaan peserta didik baru. Pada Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Implementasi Manajemen Siswa Baru yang dilakukan oleh SMA Negeri 25 Maluku Tengah telah dilakukan secara professional oleh berbagai pihak termasuk Kepala Sekolah, Kaur Kesiswaan, Kaur Humas dan Opertator sekolah. Semua komponen melakukan tugasnya sesuai rencana kerja dalam persiapan penerimaan siswa baru. 2) Jalur Penerimaan Siswa Baru di SMA Negeri 25 Maluku Tengah dilakukan melalui empat jaluar sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku yakni Jaluar Domisili, Afirmasi Jaluar Prestasi, dan Jaluar Prestasi. Jalur tersebut masih memenuhi standar persyaratan presentase sesuai Permendikbud Nomor 3 tahun 2025 tentang Sistem Penerimaan Murid baru.

Abstract

The Scout Movement itself functions as an organizer of non-formal education outside of school and outside the family. This education is a forum for fostering and developing young people with special characteristics. Its special characteristics are the application of the Basic Principles of Scouting and Scouting Methods and the Among System in education carried out by the Scout Movement. In addition to being an organizer of non-formal education, the Scout Movement also functions as a forum to achieve the goals of the Scout Movement. Scouts as an extracurricular organization in educational units have a very positive impact on Indonesian education where the goals of extracurricular activities for students can support their development into better individuals, encourage independent, diligent and skilled behavior, can develop their potential through cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Character formation through scouting activities in order to foster, improve, or form a person's nature, character, morals, and manners. as well as human behavioral values ​​related to God Almighty, oneself, fellow human beings, the environment, and nationality which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on religious norms, laws, manners, culture, and customs. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative, with the approach taken being an educational, sociological and normative approach. The data collection method in the form of structured interviews, observation of activities, and supporting documents in the data collection process focuses on extracurricular activities in forming the character of Discipline, Creative Character and Independent Character in Scouting Activities. The results of the study show that: 1) The Disciplined Character instilled by scout members in the Nusa Ina Scout Group is time discipline, discipline in following the assembly and discipline in complying with the rules and regulations that have been made in the Scout Group. 2) The Creative Character carried out in the Nusa Ina Scout Group is learning while doing, being able to design activities both in the campsite and in the open air, and being creative in designing fun and enjoyable learning. 3) The Independent Character carried out in the Nusa Ina Scout Group is being able to carry out the Ambalan Deliberation, being able to make decisions, and being able to organize camping activities and prepare activity schedules professionally.
