Abstract

Occupational accidents can occur due to a lack of implementation of occupational health and safety practices and can be caused by many factors such as chemical factors, physical factors, biological factors, ergonomic factors, and psychological factors. A work accident is an unexpected event which is certainly not expected, a work accident that occurs is of course an adverse event in terms of material and light to heavy scale. calculation through existing hazard sources using the likelihood criteria using the L symbol and the severity (consequences) using the C symbol using the risk matrix formula using the risk formula = L.C is the level of risk with medium, high, and extreme and recommendations for improvement are made, such as the use of PPE at extreme risks as well as suggestions for medium and high risks.
