Abstract

Abstrak: Industri konstruksi di Indonesia berkembang dengan sangat signifikan seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan pembangunan. Menyikapi hal tersebut, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berperan sangat penting dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten di bidang konstruksi. Sebagai tenaga kerja potensial, siswa SMK bidang konstruksi harus memahami konsep manajemen proyek, sebagai dasar perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek konstruksi. Pengetahuan siswa SMK yang sangat minim terhadap manajemen proyek menjadi dasar dilaksanakannya PKM berbasis pelatihan manajemen proyek konstruksi sederhana untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait manajemen prooyek konstruksi sederhana sebaga persiapan sebelum bekerja sebagai tenaga profesional.Metode yang digunakan adalah uji pra-pelatihan, pelatihan manajemen proyek pada konstruksi sederhana, uji pasca-pelatihan, serta penyebaran kuesioner kualitas sebagai bahan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 siswa kelas XII SMK Bina Kusuma Ruteng. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dinyatakan berhasil berdasarkan hasil uji pra-pelatihan, tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 28,00 (sangat kurang) dan pasca-pelatihan meningkat signifikan sebesar 92,00 (sangat baik). Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji kuesioner, penilaian kualitas pelaksanaan pelatihan dinyatakan dalam kategori baik sekali (4,495).Abstract: The construction industry in Indonesia is developing very significantly along with the increasing need for development. In response to this, Vocational High Schools (SMK) play a very important role in efforts to meet the needs of competent human resources in the construction sector. As a potential workforce, vocational students in the field of construction must understand the concept of project management as the basis for planning and controlling construction projects. The very minimal knowledge of SMK students towards project management is the basis for implementing PKM based on simple construction project management training to increase knowledge related to simple construction project management as preparation before working as professionals. The methods used are pre-training tests, project management training on simple construction, post-training tests, as well as the dissemination of quality questionnaires as evaluation materials. This activity involved 20 students of class XII SMK Bina Kusuma Ruteng. The implementation of the training was declared successful based on the results of pre-training tests, the level of knowledge was 28.00(very less) and post-training increased significantly by 92.00 (very good). Meanwhile, based on the results of the questionnaire test, the assessment of the quality of the training implementation was stated in the very good category (4,495).

Abstract

Abstrak: Mahasiswa teknik sipil yang akan menjadi sumber daya manusia bidang konstruksimemiliki peran vital untuk beradaptasi memanfaatkan teknologi. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi yang sangat penting adalah microsoft excel sebagai alat yang dapat membantu mengolah, menghitung, dan menyimpulkan data berupa angka. Pengetahuan mahasiswa teknik sipil yang sangat minim terhadap pemanfaatan microsoft excel, menjadi dasar pelaksanaan kegi atan ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman atas pemanfaatan dalam sektor konstruksi. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa teknik sipil dapat dengan mudah memanfaatkan microsoft excel dalam tugas perkuliahan maupun dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 mahasiswa teknik sipil yang tergabung dalam UKM Cerpra Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. Kegiatan ini diisi dengan uji pra dan pasca pelatihan, pelatihan, serta penyebaran kuesioner kualitas kegiatan. Pelatihan dinyatakan berhasil berdasarkan hasil uji pra-pelatihan dengan tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa sebesar 51,75 (kurang) dan pasca-pelatihan meningkat signifikan sebesar 90,15 (sangat baik). Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji kuesioner, penilaian kualitas pelaksanaan pelatihan dinyatakan dalam kategori baik sekali (4,523). Abstract: Civil engineering students who will become human resources in the field of construction have a vital role to adapt to utilizing technology. One of the most important uses of technology is Microsoft Excel as a tool that can help process, calculate, and infer data in the form of numbers. The knowledge of civil engineering students who are very minimal about the use of microsoft excel, is the basis for implementing this activity. This activity aims to introduce and increase understanding of utilization in the construction sector. With this training, it is hoped that civil engineering students can easily utilize Microsoft Excel in lecture assignments and in construction work. This activity involved 50 civil engineering students who were members of the UKM Cerpra Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. This activity is filled with pre- and post-training tests, training, and the dissemination of activity quality questionnaires. The training was declared successful based on the results of the pre-training test with a student knowledge rate of 51.75 (less) and post-training a significant increase of 90.15 (very good). Meanwhile, based on the results of the questionnaire test, the assessment of the quality of training implementation was stated in the very good category (4.523).

Abstract

Abstrak: Program studi Teknik Sipil menjadi wadah yang vital dalam penyediaan sumber daya manusia profesional dalam bidang konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa teknik sipil diwajibkan untuk mengembangkan dirinya baik secara pengetahuan maupun keterampilannya. Salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa adalah kecakapan teknologi mengikuti perkembangan global. Keterampilan dan pengetahuan mahasiswa teknik sipil yang minim terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi berupa perangkat lunak komputer dalam perencanaan konstruksi menjadi dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan salah satu perangkat lunak komputer dalam perencanaan struktur konstruksi, yaitu ETABS. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 147 mahasiswa teknik sipil Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. Kegiatan ini diisi dengan uji pra dan pasca pelatihan, pelatihan, dan diakhiri dengan survei kualitas pelaksanaan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil uji pra dan pasca pelatihan, tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa meningkat secara signifikan dari 36,25 (sangat kurang) menjadi 84,00 (baik). Ditinjau dari kualitas pelaksanaan, kegiatan ini dinyatakan baik sekali (4,82).Abstract: The Civil Engineering study program is a vital vehicle for providing professional human resources in the construction sector. Therefore, civil engineering students are required to develop themselves both in terms of knowledge and skills. One of the skills students must have is technological prowess to keep up with global developments. The minimal skills and knowledge of civil engineering students regarding the use of technology in the form of computer software in construction planning became the basis for implementing this activity. This activity aims to introduce and improve students' skills in utilizing one of the computer software in planning structural construction, namely ETABS. This activity involved 147 civil engineering students of the Catholic University of Santu Paulus Ruteng. This activity is filled with pre- and post-training tests, training, and ends with a survey of the quality of activity implementation. Based on the results of the pre- and post-training tests, the students' understanding level increased significantly from 36.25 (very poor) to 84.00 (good). Judging from the quality of implementation, this activity was stated to be very good (4.82).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan matematika terjadi di setiap bidang, termasuk dalam bidang teknik sipil. Persoalan matematika yang rumit diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode numerik. Namun, proses penyelesaian menggunakan metode numerik cukup menyita waktu sehingga membutuhkan microsoft excel. Dengan demikian, tim PKM melaksanakan pelatihan microsoft excel berbasis metode numerik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 26 mahasiswa program studi teknik sipil Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. Kegiatan dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan mahasiswa dan melalui tahapan-tahapan, yaitu presentasi materi, diskusi, dan pemberian tugas. Sebagai bentuk monitoring dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini memberikan pre-test dan post-test dengan menggunakan soal uraia sebanyak 5 (lima) nomor untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Kegiatan ini juga melakukan penyebaran angket melalui 15 (lima belas) pernyataan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelaksanaan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pre-test mahasiswa yaitu kategori sangat kurang (37,12) dan hasil post-test mendapat kategori baik (83,27). Kualitas pelaksanaan kegiatan juga sangat baik karena memiliki rata-rata 4,764.Abstract: The application of mathematics occurs in every field, including in civil engineering. Complex math problems are solved using numerical methods. However, the completion process using the numerical method is quite time-consuming, so it requires Microsoft Excel. Thus, the PKM team carried out Microsoft Excel training based on numerical methods to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This activity involved 26 students of the civil engineering study program at the Catholic University of Santu Paulus Ruteng. Activities are carried out based on student needs and through stages, namely presentation of material, discussion, and giving assignments. As a form of monitoring and evaluation, this activity provides pre-tests and post-tests using 5 (five) numbered descriptive questions to measure mathematical problem-solving abilities. This activity also distributed a questionnaire through 15 (fifteen) statements to determine the quality of the training implementation. Based on the test results and filling out the questionnaire, it was concluded that this activity can help improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This can be seen from the results of the student pre-test, which is in the very poor category (37.12) and the post-test results get in the good category (83.27). The quality of activity implementation is also very good because it has an average of 4,764.

Abstract

Government Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJP) of construction is one of the products of the government policy system to meet the infrastructure needs of the community so that it is necessary to implement it professionally by applying PBJP principles including efficient and effective principles. The city of Surabaya as one of the largest cities in Indonesia has massive infrastructure development and has a good record in implementing its PBJP. Therefore, this research is needed to analyze the application of the efficient and effective principles of PBJP in the construction sector in Surabaya, so that it can be an example and reference for the development of PBJP service systems in other regions in Indonesia. Using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach, the degree of conformity of the application of efficient and effective principles was obtained, which reached 87.91% and 86.31%, respectively. However, with a value that is still below 100%, it is necessary to make improvements. Based on the analysis with quadrant propagation, the indicators needed to be improved immediately with the classification of quadrant A (the main priority of improvement) were obtained to improve the suitability of the application of the effective principle of fi among which are trimming the procurement process time and trimming administrative costs. Meanwhile, to improve the conformity of efficient principles, among others, is to improve indicators of program integration, system quality, and minimize the number of face-to-face meetings in the implementation of the face-to-face system.

Abstract

Golo Tolang Village in NTT Province is a PkM partner because it has problems in administering village road infrastructure, namely limited knowledge and ability of village government administrators to collect data on village road infrastructure assets. This problem resulted in the findings of the 2022 East Manggarai Regency Inspectorate's inspection, where village funds were allocated to assets that did not yet have legal status. This PkM is implemented with the aim of increasing the knowledge and capabilities of village government administrators in terms of data collection on village road infrastructure assets and the availability of data on village road infrastructure assets in Golo Tolang Village as material for proposals to the regent to determine their status as village roads. The method applied in this PkM is socialization and assistance in filling out the format based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2016, attended by 16 participants. Stage 1 evaluation obtained a score of 75, stage 2 evaluation obtained a score of 93.75, and stage 3 evaluation obtained a score of 100. Finally, a draft of the proposed village road infrastructure assets in Golo Tolang Village was obtained, totaling 41 sections with a total length of 125.03 kilometers to determine its status as a village road in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations
