Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini, fenomena apoteker masih kurang diakui keberadaannya oleh masyarakat, masih kerap terjadi, termasuk di Lamongan. Begitu halnya yang terjadi di Masyarakat Desa Lukrejo, Kalitengah, mulai dari anak-anak hingga usia dewasa belum mengetahui sosok seorang Apoteker. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah simulasi Apoteker Cilik menggunakan media wayang kartun, yang bertujuan meningkatkan branding Apoteker Cilik pada siswa sekolah dasar sehingga dapat mengenal lebih dekat kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang obat sejak dini. Media wayang kartun digunakan sebagai alat bantu simulasi dalam mempraktekkan sosok seorang Apoteker. Sasaran mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, adalah siswa kelas 5 dan 6 di SDN Lukrejo, Kalitengah, Kabupaten Lamongan dengan tim terdiri dari 1 dosen, 5 mahasiswa. Waktu pelaksanaannya pada bulan Agustus 2022. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest, pre-test sebesar 52,5% dan post-test setelah edukasi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 54,4%, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan terkait penggunaan obat sejak dini. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, harapannya siswa SDN Lukrejo akan lebih perhatian terhadap penggunaan obat, dan lebih menyadari pentingnya profesi kesehatan seperti apoteker, dalam menunjang ketercapaian kesehatan di generasi mendatang. Selain itu juga untuk memotivasi siswa Sekolah dasar menjadi generasi penerus yang berperan di bidang kesehatan dan berkontribusi aktif meningkatkan kesehatan di masyrakat Lukrejo, Kalitengah.Abstract: Currently, the phenomenon of pharmacists is still not recognized by the community, it still occurs frequently, including in Lamongan. This is what happened in the Lukrejo Village Community, Kalitengah, from children to adults who do not yet know the figure of a pharmacist. This community service activity is a simulation of the Little Pharmacist using cartoon puppet media, which aims to improve the branding of the Little Pharmacist in elementary school students so that they can get to know more about the activities carried out by a pharmacist and can increase knowledge about drugs from an early age. The cartoon puppet media is used as a simulation tool in practicing the figure of a pharmacist. The target partners in this community service are students in grades 5 and 6 at SDN Lukrejo, Kalitengah, Lamongan Regency with a team consisting of 1 lecturer, 5 students. The implementation time is in August 2022. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, the pre-test was 52.5% and the post-test after education had increased by 54.4%, there was an increase in knowledge related to the use of drugs from an early age. Through this activity, it is hoped that the students of SDN Lukrejo will pay more attention to the use of drugs, and are more aware of the importance of health professions such as pharmacists, in supporting the achievement of health in future generations. In addition, to motivate elementary school students to become the next generation who play a role in the health sector and actively contribute to improving health in the Lukrejo community, Kalitengah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini, fenomena kurangnya minat baca siswa meningkat. Tidak hanya itu masyarakat juga kurang pengetahuan mengenai berbagai profesi kesehatan serta penggunaanobat. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan minat baca siswa serta pengetahuan terkait profesi kegiatan menggunakan media pop up scrapbook dan boneka tangan bertema Kesehatan serta Menyusun pojok literasi, yang bertujuan memberikan bekal kepada siswa guna mewujudkan pengetahuan siswa-siswi yang tidak paham menjadi paham serta dapat meningkatkan minat bacanya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu, (1) Tahap persiapan; (2) Tahap Pelaksanaan; dan (3) Tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan guru dan siswa SDN Ngujungrejo. Untuk mengukur pengetahuan siswa evaluasi diberikan berupa pretest dan posttest. melalui hasil kuisioner pre-test persentase baik 25%, cukup 6,25% dan kurang 68,75% pada persentase minat baca didapatkan hasil baik 43,75%, cukup 12,5% dan kurang 43,75%. Setelah dilakukan post-test pengetahuan siswa naik presentase baik 68,75%, cukup 18,75% kurang 12,5% sedangkan pada minat baca presentase baik sebanyak 18,75%, cukup 6,25% dan kurang 68,75%.Abstract: Currently, the phenomenon of students' lack of interest in reading is increasing. Not only that, the public also lacks knowledge about various health professions and the use of medicines. This community service activity is to increase students' interest in reading and knowledge related to professions, activities using pop-up scrapbook media and hand puppets with a health theme, as well as setting up a literacy corner, which aims to provide provisions for students to realize the knowledge of students who don't understand so they understand and can increase interest. read it. This training activity was carried out in several stages, namely, (1) Preparation stage; (2) Implementation Stage; and (3) Evaluation stage. This activity is in collaboration with teachers and students at SDN Ngujungrejo. To measure student knowledge, evaluation is given in the form of a pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the pre-test questionnaire, the percentage was good, 25%, fair, 6.25%, and poor, 68.75%. In the percentage of interest in reading, the results were good, 43.75%, fair, 12.5%, and poor, 43.75%. After carrying out the post-test, students' knowledge increased to a good percentage of 68.75%, fair to 18.75%, less than 12.5%, while in interest in reading, the percentage was good to 18.75%, fair to 6.25% and less than 68.75%.
