Abstract

One of the slum alleviation programs is the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) program. The KOTAKU program was initiated in Indonesia since 2015, this program was organized to deal with issues of the year through a collaborative platform. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of stakeholder collaboration in the Kotaku planning program in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency. In addition, it also analyzes what factors affect the achievement of results in the planning of the KOTAKU program. This study analyzes using the collaboration process theory from Ansell and Gash. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that at the planning stage of KOTAKU in the District of Jaten, collaborations have been carried out by various stakeholders which have been going well. However, along the way, a number of obstacles were encountered. The collaboration process is carried out starting from face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, Share understanding and Intermediate outcomes. There are factors that influence collaboration, namely the driving and inhibiting factors. The driving factor for collaboration is socialization and stakeholders are joint factors in identifying problems. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are differences of opinion and time constraints.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation process and determines the successful implementation of the disaster mitigation program conducted by Klaten district through the Titip Bandaku program. Klaten district, as a disaster-prone area that has a range of potential disasters, compels disaster risk reduction and one of which is the Titip Bandaku Program. The Titip Bandaku Program is the only public service innovation program based on disaster mitigation in Central Java created by Klaten Regency and won the Central Java’s Public Service Innovation Competition Award (KIPP). This study is carried out using the implementation theory by David C. Korten to determine the success implementation of the program. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies.. The result of the study shows that the Titip Bandaku Program is currently only being implemented in disaster prone areas of Merapi III. The program aims to be applicable in all the high risk areas in the Klaten district. The implementation of the Bandaku Titip Program has been successfully implemented in the Merapi III disaster-prone area by conforming in three aspects using David C. Korten's Conformity theory. The implementation of the Bandaku Titip Program shows the capability of the program for the rescue of important archives of the community in the disaster-prone areas.

Abstract

BUMDes Sendang Pinilih manages 2 business units, but the tourist village has superior income compared to the kios online business. Thanks to the existence of a tourist village, it is able to bring Sendang village to be a brilliant village nomination at 11th nationally and is able to improve the village economyThis research explains the application of good governance principles in the management of Sendang tourism village in Wonogiri Regency with indicators of accountability, transparency, community participation and rule of law. Data were obtained through interviews and also sessions of documentation, while the technique of determining informants with the purposive sampling is to help determining the informants according to certain criteria. Data validity, namely source triangulation, is done by comparing data from different source interviews and then analyzing and drawing conclusions and confirming with data from documentation. Data analysis was done interactively through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and also data verification. The results of the application of the principles of good governance are the implementation of accountability with the regeneration of the 2019 management, the existence of ADRT which regulates the duties and responsibilities, the monitoring of performance through regular meetings and accountability reports. Transparency is realized through access to information through the Sendang Village and BUMDes websites, quarterly meetings and accountability reports. The community participates as administrators to BUMDes employees, trades, maintains cleanliness and promotes tourism villages through social media, but not many people are willing to express their aspirations. The indicator of the rule of law is realized by the mechanism for recruiting and dismissing administrators according to ADRT, problems are resolved internally by BUMDes and reported to the village head and supervisors, tourism village policies accommodate the needs of the Sendang village community and verbal sanctions are applied or dismissal of BUMDes administrators in accordance with applicable rules.
