In practice, human resources in a company have varied performance, and are influenced by certain factors. These factors include compensation and work environment. This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the effect of compensation on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; (2) determine the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; and (3) knowing the significance of the simultaneous influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch. The sample taken is 150 respondents. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis tool using multiple regression test. Testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test. In addition, to determine the amount of the contribution of the variables entered, the R2 test is carried out.The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the constant value is 1.599 and the regression coefficient of the compensation variable is 0.191 and the work environment is 0.433. The results of hypothesis testing t and F indicate that the variable compensation and work environment significantly affect the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior toward digital transactions using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied to examine the relationships among perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude toward use (ATU), and behavioral intention (BI) in determining consumer acceptance of QRIS. Data were collected from active users of digital payment systems in Indonesia and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings reveal that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly influence users’ positive attitudes toward QRIS, which subsequently enhance their behavioral intention to use. Trust and perceived security also play crucial roles in reinforcing the relationship between attitude and intention. Theoretically, this research confirms the robustness of the TAM framework within the context of financial technology adoption in developing economies. Practically, the study provides strategic implications for monetary authorities and digital payment providers to increase QRIS adoption through user experience enhancement, digital literacy programs, and stronger regulatory measures for transaction security.

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology has led to significant changes in urban payment systems, particularly through the adoption of digital wallets. This transformation in payment methods has the potential to influence consumer shopping behavior beyond transactional efficiency, affecting consumption patterns and tendencies. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital wallet adoption on the shopping behavior of urban communities. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from urban residents who actively use digital wallets and analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate that digital wallet adoption has a positive and significant effect on shopping behavior among urban consumers. The coefficient of determination reveals that digital wallet adoption explains a substantial proportion of the variance in shopping behavior. These findings suggest that the convenience and efficiency of digital payments play an important role in shaping consumption patterns in urban settings. This study contributes empirically to the literature on digital economy and consumer behavior by highlighting digital payment systems as a key determinant of urban shopping behavior.
