Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai bagaimana pengaruh inflasi, kurs, dan suku bunga terhadap harga saham perusahaan publik sektor properti dan real estate periode 2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, (2) Kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (3) Suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. The purpose of this study is to find out how inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates affect the stock prices of public companies in the property and real estate sector for the period 2018-2021. The study used the fought-after linear regression analysis technique using Eviews 9 software. The results of this study show that (1) Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the stock price, (2) The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the stock price, (3) Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the stock price.
