Abstract

This research was conducted to find the gray value of the Weight roller weight test against the engine RPM of a motorized vehicle, torque is the desired result. Large torque but still within reasonable limits of fuel use, namely 1:15. After testing using the Dyno test, the results are processed using fuzzy logic. The use of weight rollers is indeed proven to be able to increase the torque value of a machine, but the results can change depending on the processed value, therefore it is assisted by a fuzzy system to get maximum results. The use of a 13 gr weight roller produces a torque of 08.89 Nm at 5000 RPM which is smaller than the torque on a standard size Weight Roller which is 10 gr.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kendaraan tidak hanya mengurangi tingkat emisi dan tingkat konsumsibahan bakar saja namun peningkatan kenyamanan kendaraan sangat penting. Kenyamananadalah parameter utama yang menentukan kualitas kendaraan.Kriteria getaran untuk tubuhmanusia berdasarkan standar internasional ISO 2631(1974)dimana kendaraan transportasidengan frekuensi 1–80 Hz. Salah satu bagian penting kendaraan yang berpengaruh besarterhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan kendaraan adalah sistem suspensi. Setelah dilakukanpengujian nilai amplitudo tertinggi 2,06 dan terendah 1,75. Hasil nilai getaran optimasisebesar10,780  Y  12,220. ω = 12,57 rad/s. Ωn= 12,7 rad/s, fn=2,02 Hz, rasio redaman ξ =0,210, δ = 0,163. Perbandingan amplitudo ini mempunyai standar jika perbandingan frekuensieksitasi (ω) dengan frekuensi pribadi (ωn) lebih kecil dari√2 = 1,414 maka amplitudo kendaraanbisa lebih besar dari amplitudo eksitasi jalan. Sebaliknya jika harga perbandingan tersebut lebihbesar dari√2 = 1,414 maka amplitudo getaran kendaraan lebih kecil dari amplitudo eksitasijalan, kondisi inilah yang diharapkan pada kendaraan sehingga dampak getaran pada tubuhmanusia tidak besar.

Abstract

Under vehicle inspection is part of the vehicle inspection process and is the most important part of the vehicle because almost 80% of the most important parts of the vehicle cannot be seen directly under the vehicle. Observation of the vehicle with the help of IP Webcam with a qualitative descriptive approach. The equipment used in this study consisted of motor vehicles to be tested, Android phones handheld cameras, laptops/computers, monitors and HDMI/VGA cables, wireless/WiFi, printers. Processing of graded data with hypothesized mean. The results of the study show that an inspector can provide information about damage audio-visually and the vehicle owner can see it from the screen without having to go under the vehicle. Then 6 categories of utility values ​​were evaluated, indications of need, comfort, appearance, time to use an IP web camera at a high value/scale were obtained. Meanwhile, satisfaction and suitability on the value/moderate scale. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of an IP web camera as a vehicle inspection tool has been successful.

Abstract

The condensation process of smoke in charcoal-burning systems generates high temperatures that pose a critical thermal risk to PVC piping, which has a melting point of 85 °C. This study presents the design and implementation of a distributed temperature sensing system using dual-channel Type-K thermocouples controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller. The system is equipped with fault-tolerant logging and real-time monitoring features, utilizing the MAX6675 thermocouple amplifier module for digital signal acquisition. Two sensors are strategically placed along the smoke conduit to capture temperature differentials between primary and secondary zones. Experimental testing was conducted over six consecutive days with data acquisition sessions at noon and midnight. The highest recorded temperature from the primary sensor reached 83.75 °C, while the secondary sensor recorded significantly lower values, indicating a thermal gradient of 23.8 °C between inlet and outlet. Comparative calibration using an umbrella-type analog thermometer revealed a minimal deviation of 0.41 °C, confirming the system’s accuracy. Two sets of error profiling showed variations in measurement consistency, with average error rates of 13.79% and 5.93% across a 30 °C–80 °C reference range. Voltage stability was maintained throughout all test scenarios, with a constant 5 V input and 4.4 V output. The system successfully demonstrated its ability to perform dual-point thermal detection with resilient performance under fluctuating combustion conditions. This sensor-integrated platform is well-suited for thermal protection and early intervention in biomass-based liquid smoke condensation systems, particularly in small-scale applications using low-melting-point materials such as PVC.
