Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitin ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja SDN 21 Sandai di kecamatan Sandai kabupaten Ketapang. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan informan: kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua wali murid SDN 21 Sandai. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap pra lapangan, tahap penelitian, dan tahap pelaporan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi SDN 21 Sandai yaitu pendukung, pengontrol dan penghubung belum berjalan secara maksimal. Untuk memperbaiki pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja SDN 21 Sandai para anggota organisasi SDN 21 Sandai memerlukan dukungan dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak serta meningkatkan profesionalisme, kompetensi dan melukiskan sifat subjektif atau kualitas lingkungan organisasi. Kata Kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Kinerja, Sekolah. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of organizational climate on the performance of SDN 21 Sandai in the Sandai sub-district, Ketapang district. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation with informants: school principals, teachers, students and parents of students at SDN 21 Sandai. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The stages in this study were the pre-field stage, the research stage, and the research results reporting stage. The results showed that the organizational climate of SDN 21 Sandai, namely supporters, controllers and liaisons, had not run optimally. To improve the influence of organizational climate on the performance of SDN 21 Sandai, members of the Sandai 21 SDN organization need support and cooperation with various parties as well as increasing professionalism, competence and describing the subjective nature or quality of the organizational environment.
