Abstract

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Merek Honda Scoopy Di Dealer Astra Motor Berau, dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Darmono, SE.,M.Si sebagai Pembimbing satu dan Ibu Yulita Maria, SE.,MM sebagai Pembimbing dua. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Merek Honda Scoopy Di Dealer Astra Motor Berau. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 50 konsumen sebagai responden sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen yaitu faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda Scoopy di Dealer Astra Motor Berau. Nilai R Square sebesar 55,3% hal ini berarti bahwa faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 55,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Dengan demikian bahwa hipotesis yang dikemukakan diterima. Analysis of Factors Influencing Decisions to purchase Honda Scoopy Brand Motorcycles at Astra Motor Berau Dealers. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the decision to purchase a Honda Scoopy motorcycle at the Astra Motor Berau Dealer. This research was conducted to 50 consumers as respondents while for data processing using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the factors that influence consumer behavior, namely cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at the Astra Motor Berau Dealer. R Square value of 55.3%, this means that cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors influence purchasing decisions by 55.3% while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other factors. Thus, the hypothesis put forward is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) of employees at PT Trakindo Utama Site Lati in Berau Regency. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees at PT Trakindo Utama Berau Site Lati. The population was 71 participants as the research sample , so the researcher utilized the entire population as a research sample. Non-probability sampling with saturated sample methodology is the sampling technique that employed when samples of the entire population are acquired. With the involvement of the SPSS Version 21 application program, multiple linear regression was used as the analytical method in this study. According to the results of a study, it can be seen that there is a significant and positive influence between occupational safety and occupational health on employee productivity of PT Trakindo Utama Site Lati in Berau Regency as shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.635 or 63.5%. This indicates that whereas other factors influence the remaining 36.5% of employee productivity, occupational safety and health (K3) affects employee productivity by 63.5%. Thus, the hypothesis was acceptable.
