Abstract

Many factors caused immunization coverage to decline, a global pandemic in 2020 the Word Health Organization (WHO) released that there are 23 million children under the age of one year who do not receive basic immunization. The method of implementing activities with Focus Group discussions, education for mothers who have children of basic immunization age, health cadres. Educational media through videos, booklets. Motivational activities of the mother are provided informally. The results of education were obtained by mothers who had less knowledge as much as 8%, sufficient knowledge level of 45%, and good knowledge of 47%. The recommendations given are that government support is needed in information media so that it can be carried out continuously by cadres, placing health workers so that mothers get accurate information, every month evaluating the results of posyandu activities if there are babies who have not been immunized, then make home visits.
