Abstract

This study aims to obtain a map of the implementation needs of the driving school curriculum at SDIT Al-Amin Kapuas. Implementation is an action or implementation of a plan that has been prepared carefully and in detail. Implementation is usually done after planning is considered perfect. The objectives of this research are: (1) To describe the implementation of the driving school curriculum at Al-Amin Kuala Kapuas Integrated Islamic Elementary School, (2) To analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the driving school curriculum at Al-Amin Kuala Kapuas Integrated Islamic Elementary School , (3) To analyze and describe the steps taken by the school to minimize the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the driving school curriculum at Al-Amin Kuala Kapuas Integrated Islamic Elementary School. Techniques in data collection namely observation, interviews and documentation. Qualitative data analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Checking the validity of the data in this study used triangulation techniques. From the description above it can be concluded several things as follows; 1) The steps taken in implementing the curriculum are planning, making goals, making supporting programs, supervising, evaluating success. 2) There are several factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the curriculum including 1) Readiness of educators, 2) Readiness of educational staff, 3) Condition of supporting facilities and infrastructure, 4) Readiness of students, 5) Impact of implementation. 3) The need for special steps or handling by the school in overcoming the inhibiting factors of curriculum implementation so that the curriculum implementation is effective.

Abstract

This study aims to understand some of the needs for Guidance and Counseling Management, especially in the field of learning (Academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas. This observation uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis of this study show that the need for guidance and counseling management in the field of learning for students at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas is adjusted to the regulation of the Minister of Education Number 111 of 2014 concerning guidance and counseling which includes basic services, responsive services, specialization services and individual participant planning education and system support. In the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, the methods carried out are according to previously formulated activity programs such as classical guidance, group counseling, individual counseling or group counseling as well as other methods that support BK activities such as case conferences, home visits, advocacy, consultations and case transfers (referrals). As for the management of Guidance and Counseling in the field of learning (academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas it is more focused on the Individual Consultation and Counseling method. Factors supporting the management of guidance and counseling in the field of learning (academic) at SMKN 2 Kuala Kapuas in essence really need a good understanding of the entire academic community, both from the principal and teachers so that the implementation of guidance and counseling can run effectively and efficiently. In addition, the participation of students in working with guidance and counseling teachers makes the implementation more effective. In addition, the availability of facilities that are quite complete both in terms of guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure is also a supporting factor in Counseling Guidance services, especially in the field of learning (academic). The inhibiting factor in Counseling Guidance services in the field of learning is the lack of openness of some students about the problems they are facing. In addition, the very limited time allocation for the inclusion of BK Subjects in the class schedule is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of guidance and counseling, so that during the implementation of guidance and counseling, only use the sidelines of free time such as recess.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning of school principals in improving teacher performance at SDN 3 Bangkal, Seruyan Raya District, Seruyan Regency. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used 1) data reduction (data reduction), 2) data presentation (data displays and 3) conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are: planning for school principals in improving teacher performance at SDN 3 Bangkal, Seruyan Raya District, Seruyan Regency, teacher performance in accordance with their duties and responsibilities, this can be seen before the teacher carries out the learning process in class, the teacher makes lesson plans and prepares tools , so that they are able to create a good learning situation. When there are problems with students, the teacher who becomes the home visit homeroom teacher in order to understand the situation at the student's home. Planning the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance includes: 1), Teacher Performance Development in lesson planning so that teachers can make lesson plans with optimal results. 2) MGMP, school principals encourage teachers to be active in the MGMP forum and utilize this knowledge-sharing forum to achieve increased teacher performance in schools, especially in preparing lesson plans (RPP) so that no more teachers are found whose learning designs are adopted from other people's RPPs. 3) Involve teachers in training (Education and Training) to improve teachers' abilities so that their learning becomes better by involving teachers in training.
