Abstract

Background: DM type 2 is caused by an unhealthy diet. Dm type 2 human DNA test results from diit 3j to control blood sugar levels. Purpose: get an idea of diite patterns of number, schedule and type on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: study USES a quantitative descriptive. The population used by dm type 2 sufferers with large sample 51 respondents who fit the criteria of inclusion using a total sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire from the medical administrative study (MOS) questionnaires of patient patients developed through jotform and distributed online through the whatssapp group. The data analysis in this study uses univariate analysis using SPSS 23. Results: show that exact amounts of food amount to 31 or 60.8%, the exact type as many as 36 respondents or 70.6%, and the exact schedule of 31 or 60.8%. Conclusion: detailed pattern of diitics, the type and amount of food as appropriate as eating a heavy meal and interval interval of three hours, followed the list of foodchangers encouraged by the dietitian and restricted food intake.

Abstract

Background: The World Health Organization reports that cases of COVID-19 continue to increase every day. So that people's attitudes and behavior have a big influence in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Purpose: to describe the attitude and behavior of the community in preventing the transmission of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in South Jakarta. Methods: the design in this study used a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the slovin formula. Respondents totaling 295 people in the Ragunan RW 008 area. Data were collected using a questionnaire that opened 20 questions online through a form and processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23. Results: This study showed 262 respondents or (88.8%) categorized have a bad attitude in preventing the transmission of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and 286 respondents or (96.9%) are categorized as having very good behavior in preventing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Conclusion: the public is expected to increase and have a high awareness of attitudes in preventing the transmission of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19), in order to increase the transmission rate and break the chain of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Background : One of the factors that can affect a child's sleep quality is electronic factors such as gadgets. The use of gadgets for a long time causes them to live longer than usual. Therefore, these children will tend to sleep later than usual. Objective : To find out the description of the sleep quality of school-age children using gadgets at Pancoran Mas Depok. Methods : This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Respondents found 33 children in Pancoran Mas Depok. The data were collected using questions collected online and using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. Results : the selection of female respondents was 22 people (66.7%) and the largest number of respondents was 12 years old, which was 14 people (42.4%). ). Respondents who use gadgets at all school age are in the moderate category as many as 33 people (100%). Respondents who have poor sleep quality are 25 children (75.8%). Conclusion: Most of the respondents are female and most of the respondents are at 12 years old. The results also show that all respondents' use of gadgets is in the moderate category and most of the respondents have poor sleep quality. Keywords : Children, sleep quality, gadget users

Abstract

Background: Background: Diabetes mellitus is one of the problems in the world which is currently increasing due to unstable blood sugar levels caused by damage to insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Objective: To obtain an overview and be able to perform nursing care in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods: The research design in this case uses descriptive analytic by using a case study approach whose sample consists of two patients, namely Mr. S and Mr. A based on medical surgical nursing care. Results: After nursing care for 3 X 24 hours on Mr. The results show that chronic pain has been resolved because the pain scale has decreased to 1, the instability of blood glucose levels is partially resolved because the GDS results are still high, the risk of infection is resolved in part because there is still redness in the wound, impaired physical mobility is partially resolved because the patient still has difficulty moving. While at Mr. A, after nursing care for 3 x 24 hours, all results were resolved on 3 diagnoses, namely unstable blood glucose levels, nausea, sleep pattern disturbances because there were significant changes. Conclusion: Based on the results above, that people with diabetes mellitus who experience increased blood sugar levels caused by non-adherence to diet and non-adherence in treatment, it is necessary for nurses to play a role in providing health education by advocating healthy food and teaching self-care.
