Abstract

This purpose of the study was to determine the effect of current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) on provit growth at PT Ace Hardware Tbk for 2010-2021 period by partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements at PT Ace Hardware Tbk for 2010-2021 period. Data processing by used SPSS version 25 program. Data analysis used classical asumption test, linier regression test, hypothesis test by T test and F test, and determination test. Based on the results of the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity problem, there is no heteroscedasticity problem and free from autocorrelation. Partially, the current ratio variable has no effect on profit growth (0,223>0,05). Debt to equity ratio has an effect on profit growth (0,014<0,05), return on equity has no effect on profit growth (0,141>0,05). Total assets turn over has no effect on profit growth (0,353> 0,05). Simultaneously, the variables current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and total assets turnover have an effect on profit growth of 0,021<0,05. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from results of this study was 77,2% while the remaining 22,8% was influenced by other variables have not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of parental background and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intentions of Pamulang University students partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study were all Pamulang University students for the 2020/2021 academic year. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this research is based on the non-probability sampling technique (Purposive Sampling), namely purposive sampling. The sample for this research consisted of 300 respondents. This data collection technique uses observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data testing method uses validity testing and reliability testing, the data analysis method uses regression testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the self-efficacy variable has an influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of Pamulang University students, as seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.255 (positive) and parental background has an influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of Pamulang University students, as seen from the regression coefficient of 2.447 (positive), indicating that there is a significant influence. positive between parental background variables and entrepreneurial intention variables. And simultaneously the regression coefficient of the independent variable gives a positive value, namely 1.616 (parental background) and 0.183 (self-efficacy) for the dependent variable, namely entrepreneurial intentions. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latar belakang orang tua, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha  mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada teknik sampling Non probability sampling (Purposive Sampling) yaitu sampling purposive .Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 300 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta angket atau kuesioner. Metode pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, metode analisis data menggunakan pengujian regresi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian variabel  efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang terlihat dari nilai koefesien regresi sebesar 0, 255 (positif) dan latar belakang orang tua memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang  terlihat dari koefesien regresi sebesar 2,447 (positif) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang positif di antara variabel latar belakang orang tua dan variabel intensi berwirausaha. Serta secara simultan Koefesien regresi dari variabel independen memberikan nilai yang positif yaitu sebesar 1,616 (latar belakang orang tua) serta 0,183 (efikasi diri) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu intensi berwirausaha. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence on the purchase decision of Japricoffee in Ciputat, South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The sample used in this study is a random sample, which uses a part of the population of 98 respondents as a sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of SPSS data processing, there is an influence between price and purchase decisions, the regression equation value Y = 24.444 + 0.650X1 is obtained, meaning it has a positive effect, the Hypothesis Test obtained a tcount value > the table or (5.828 > 1.664). Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which shows that there is a partially significant influence between price and purchase decisions at Japricoffee Ciputat. While the promotion of the purchase decision was obtained with the value of the regression equation Y = 25.148 + 0.629X2, meaning that it had a positive effect, the Hypothesis Test was obtained by tcalculating > ttable or (6.264> 1.664). Thus, H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted, which shows that there is a partially significant influence between promotion and purchase decisions at Japricoffee Ciputat. Then, the influence of price and promotion on purchase decisions obtained the value of the regression equation Y = 16.549 + 0.399X1 + 0.435X2 meaning that it has a positive effect, The f test obtained the value of fcal > ftable or (26.826 > 3.09). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between price and promotion on purchase decisions at Japricoffee. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Japricoffee di Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel acak yakni menggunakan sebagian dari populasi yang berjumlah 98 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil olah data SPSS terdapat pengaruh antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 24,444 + 0,650X1 artinya berpengaruh positif, Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (5,828 > 1,664). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Japricoffee Ciputat. Sedangkan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 25,148 + 0,629X2 artinya berpengaruh positif, Uji Hipotesis diperoleh nilat thitung > ttabel atau (6,264> 1,664). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Japricoffee Ciputat. Kemudian, pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 16,549+ 0,399X1 + 0,435X2 artinya berpengaruh positif, Uji f diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel atau (26,826 > 3,09). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Japricoffee.
