Abstract

Abstract: Application of Cooperative Model Talking Stick mode in Improved Learning Fractions in Class IV SD Negeri 4 Prembun Academic Year 2014/2015. The purpose of this research is to improve learning fractions. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 4 Prembun. The data source of this research is the students, teachers, and observer. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interview and test. The validity of the source data using triangulation techniques and triangulation of data collection techniques. The conclusions of this research is the application of the talking stick can improve learning fractions in grade IV SDN 4 Prembun the academic year 2014/2015. Keywords: Talking stick, increasing skills, fractions    Abstrak: Penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Pecahan pada Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  meningkatkan pembelajaran pecahan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Prembun. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, dan observer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model talking stick dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran pecahan pada siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Prembun tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Kata kunci: Talking stick, peningkatan keterampilan, pecahan

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether supervision, discipline, and employee competence can affect employee performance either partially or simultaneously at the Darussalam District Office of Big Aceh District. The samples used in this study were employees at the Darussalam District Office of Big Aceh District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using Evies 12. The results show that partially supervision and discipline have no infuence on employee performance, while competence has an influence on employee performance. Simultaneously supervision, discipline and competence of employees influence the performance of the employees of the Darussalam Sub-District Office.
