Abstract

Self-Development is a special subject in Special Schools (SLB). However, until now the Self Development subject has not utilized smartphone technology, with the need for new innovations so that mentally retarded children are interested in carrying out self-development activities, namely by utilizing Android-based smartphone technology to make it easier for students, teachers, and parents in helping the learning process of students who are more flexible in its use because it is easy to get and download in the play store. Therefore, an Android-based learning application was built to make it easier for teachers and parents. In the process of making this application, the software used is Android Studio which uses the Java programming language, as well as for application display design using Adobe Premiere Pro and Corel draw software. And for the software development method used is Model Rapid Application Development (RAD). For application testing carried out using Blackbox. The result of this research is to make the teaching and learning process of students easier and more interesting

Abstract

First In First Out (FIFO) adalah metode persediaan dengan ketentuan, yaitu barang yang pertama kali masuk akan dijual atau dikeluarkan terlebih dahulu, sedangkan barang yang terakhir masuk akan dijual atau dikeluarkan nanti. Pencatatan yang dilakukan pertama kali adalah pencatatan barang persediaan yang pertama kali masuk. Nilai persediaan yang disajikan dalam jenis-jenis laporan keuangan dengan metode FIFO berdasarkan nilai harga yang paling baru. PT. Rubberman memiliki gudang untuk menyimpan stok barang jadi (finish good). Dalam kinerjanya terdapat prosedur yang masih belum terorganisasi dengan baik bagi ruang lingkup kerja pada gudang barang jadi, dimana data persediaan dicatat pada kartu stok. Selain itu untuk memonitoring pengeluaran barang, petugas persediaan barang jadi/ admin mengecek setiap harinya jumlah barang yang keluar.  Sering terjadinya salah input barang (finish good) yang masuk ke gudang dan keluar pada saat muat barang ke mobil, dikarenakan barang yang masuk dan keluar dari gudang masih dicatat manual,  untuk melihat stok barang yang tersedia admin gudang harus mengecek barang secara fisik di gudang, selain itu PT. Rubberman Indonesia juga sering mengalami kelebihan persediaan barang (finish good), sehingga mengakibatkan menumpuknya stok barang di gudang dan mengakibatkan kerusakan barang yang disimpan pada gudang terlalu lama.Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sistem Informasi Persediaan Stok Barang jadi Menggunakan Metode FIFO agar dalam pengelolaan data persediaan barang mampu mencegah terjadinya barang kadaluarsa atau menumpuk sehingga pekerjaan dapat lebih cepat, efektif dan terkontrol. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, FIFO, Persediaan, Barang Jadi.

Abstract

The design of a web-based service booking system application is deemed necessary to make it easier for customers to order photography services and to assis in managing photographer schedules and to facilitate customer data management. In this thesis, the author uses the Round Robin algorithm to manage the use of resources in the service booking system. The Round Robin algorithm is a scheduling algorithm that is used to arrange assignments to several resources with the same amount sequentially and repeatedly. In the context of a service booking system application, this algorithm is used to manage advance payments and schedule the use of photographers for each service booking made by the user. Seeing the existing problems, we need a website-based booking system that provides all information about photography packages for weddings, pre-weddings and engagements offered. This research was conducted at   from February to April 2023. This company is engaged in photography services for weddings, pre-wedding, and the engagement. the UML diagram designed, the database structure to be used, and displaying the system interface design to be built. Based on the results of the discussion and research on the design of the    booking system regarding what has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: This booking system makes it easier for customers to get information regarding the photography service packages offere. Keywords: Design, Booking System, Round Robin, Website

Abstract

Pharmacy has a lot of transaction data on the distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, especially drug management. There are several obstacles that occur in the drug supply management system at this pharmacy, one of which is the accumulation of drug stock, where pharmacists find it difficult to determine what drugs should be in stock or not in stock. In order to avoid the accumulation of drugs that exceed the user limit (expired) which will result in losses for pharmacies. For this reason, the authors want to deal with these problems through the Design of a web-based Drug Inventory Prediction Information System using the Itertive Dichotomiser Algorithm method which will predict the stock of drugs that are expected to manage drugs at pharmacies to be wiser in choosing products to sell. In designing information systems Supporting software is also used, namely PHP and MYSQL databases. The final result of this research is, with this information system, it can help pharmacists in supporting drug management so that they can be more selective in choosing the items to be purchased for sale so as to minimize losses that will occur in pharmacies.

Abstract

Yayasan Masjid Miftahul Jannah Cibitung is one of the organizations engaged in religious worship, which has developed and always wants to keep up with the developing information technology. So far, the area of mosque administration still feels difficult to do because it uses a manual format. This has attracted the author to research and develop a web-based mosque information system. Therefore, the researcher proposes a web-based information system that will replace data collection and distribution of zakat and infaq management financial funds at the Baitul Maal Masjid Miftahul Jannah by using a web-based information system. The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system needed by Baitul Maal officers by using the Rapid Application Development method as a development method. The supporting software used in designing this youth information system is PHP and MySQL database. The final result of this research is that the existence of this information system can assist Baitul Maal officers in processing data recording and funding transactions of incoming and outgoing funds. And can reduce the risk of loss and damage to activity data because this application data that has been inputted will be stored in the database server.
