Kata Kunci : Motivasi Petugas, Case Detection Rate (CDR), TB Paru ABSTRACTBackground : The CDR for pulmonary TB in South Sumatra has increased from year to year but the achievement has not yet reached the desired target. The low level of achievement that has not reached the target is due to low compliance and staff skills (low employee motivation), the uneven distribution of skills of laboratory personnel in each UPK, mutation of officers and dual assignments, lack of supporting tools for program activities, limited funds and not optimal empowerment of partners. and not all hospitals and DPS have implemented the DOTS strategy. The problem in this study is that the Case Detection Rate (CDR) has not been achieved in the Pulmonary TB program at the Puskesmas in Lubuk Linggau CityMethods :The design of this study used an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 30 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people using total sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, statistical test used chi square test. Result : The results of univariate analysis showed that most of the respondents (53.3%) had poor motivation and most of the Case Detection Rate (CDR) (60,0%) had not been achieved. The results of bivariate analysis, obtained p value is 0.009.Conclusion : It was concluded that there was a relationship between the motivation of officers and the achievement of the Case Detection Rate (CDR) in the Pulmonary TB program at the Puskesmas in Lubuk Linggau City. It is expected from the results of this study that the Health Office and TB Program Officers seek to increase routine supervision activities through coaching, guidance and supervision in monitoring and evaluating the performance results of TB health workers. Keywords: Officer Motivation, Case Detection Rate (CDR), Pulmonary TB
