Abstract

The theory proposed by Jurgen Habermas is that public spaces and communicative actions can be applied to the world of libraries, the Cahaya Ilmu library of SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah is one of the district-level school libraries that has adequate facilities as a public space. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between communicative actions and public spaces reviewed at the Cahaya Ilmu library of SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This type of research uses a type of field research. As a result, the library can be said to be a public space whose activities require communicative actions that take place on the rules of the library rules that demand responsibility from several parties in accordance with mutually agreed agreements. library which is a public space open to anyone, where the Cahaya Ilmu library can be accessed by anyone either directly to the library or online, Cahaya Ilmu library activities are publicly funded through BOS funds and voluntary donations from the local community, access to information served to the public is satisfactory with various services and can be accessed as widely as possible and the Cahaya Ilmu library collaborates to expand the network  libraries both internally and externally.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa fungsi hadanah dan kajian rutin dalam mendukung peran ganda (sebagai pekerja/pegawai dan ibu rumah tangga) yang harus dijalani oleh ibu pekerja di SDIT Generasi Rabbani Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada fasilitas hadanah dan kajian rutin yang diberikan oleh Lembaga SDIT Generasi Rabbani Kota Bengkulu dalam mendukung kinerja dari ibu pekerja serta memandangnya dengan perpektif Teori Fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah didapat kemudian dianalisa, untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas Hadanah yang diberikan oleh Lembaga SDIT Generasi Rabbani memberikan kemudahan bagi para ibu pekerja dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai wanita karir sekaligus ibu rumah tangga. Selain itu, kajian rutin yang diberikan juga berdampak pada emosional ibu pekerja, karena mereka merasa termotivasi kembali setelah mengikuti kajian rutin ini. Hadanah dan kajian rutin telah menyeimbangkan kedua peran ibu pekerja ini dengan baik sehingga teori fungsional masih tetap dapat dijalankan dengan baik oleh ibu pekerja.

Abstract

Sepatu Jolifa (Jogja Library Integrated Library System Service for All), is a network system that contains information and library collections that can be accessed online by the public, where this system will contain various information and collections from various libraries in Yogyakarta, so that a system that integrates libraries in Yogyakarta, the management system of this system is very interesting to study how all libraries can be connected to one another. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Information in writing was obtained using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of Sepatu Jolifa, which is a library tarpaulin service system, can work with a tub. The results of this study show that the management process for Sepatu Jolifa begins with the Planning and Decision Making process, then Organization, Staffing, Direction and Supervision, and Controlling Co-Ordination. In addition, in the process of managing Sepatu Jolifa, they also continue to maintain Communication, Motivation, Leadership Social Responsibilities of Business Strategic Management so that the management of Jolifa Shoes can continue to run well.
