Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan SSP berbasis PjBL yang memenuhi kriteria layak dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan SSP berbasis PjBL terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa teknik elektro pada mata kuliah fisika terapan. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan meliputi: define, dilakukan studi pendahuluan, analisis peserta didik, analisis tugas, dan analisis konsep, design, berkaitan dengan perancangan format SSP dan penyusunan draf SSP, develop, merupakan tahap perbaikan draf awal berdasarkan validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas kemudian diujicoba di jurusan teknik elektro politeknik negeri manado, dan disseminate terbatas dengan menyerahkan produk kepada dosen fisika program studi diploma 3 teknik listrik dan program studi sarjana terapan teknik listrik. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa RPS, bahan ajar, LKM beserta instrumen penelitian. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas 1 TL 3 dan 1 TL 4 program studi sarjana terapan teknik listrik. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar validasi SSP, lembar observasi, lembar tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji beda dengan manova pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) SSP berbasis PjBL yang dikembangkan terdiri dari RPS, bahan ajar (buku), LKM, tes berpikir tingkat tinggi memenuhi kriteria layak berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan dosen fisika serta melalui uji coba luas di program studi sarjana terapan teknik listrik. (2)  SSP berbasis PjBL yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi fisika program studi sarjana terapan teknik listrik.

Abstract

ISO 9001 is one of the most recognized international standards used in the quality management field of work. The standard provides guidelines for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management system, or QMS, within the organization. This journal will discuss implementing the ISO 9001 standard at Politeknik Negeri Manado and the impact on improving the product, in this case, the quality of college students and their service quality. The purpose of this journal is to see if Politeknik Negeri Manado has reached the ISO 9001 Standard or not. The result examined that implementation of ISO 9001 is very effective in improving the quality of students that the campus produces and that many campuses in Manado should implement this standard in their campus so that the students will be more than capable of handling the work environment rather than just having the knowledge but not being qualified to handle the work

Abstract

Reliable power supply is essential in educational and research laboratories, particularly for sensitive electronic equipment and automated systems. Unplanned power interruptions can result in data loss, equipment damage, and disruption of ongoing experiments. This study aims to design and implement a SCADA-integrated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system to monitor voltage and current in a laboratory environment, enhancing power reliability and providing an interactive learning tool for students. The research employed a three-layer system architecture consisting of field devices, a Siemens S7-1200 PLC control layer, and a SCADA supervisory layer using Modbus TCP/IP communication. The system was tested over 50 simulated fault-and-recovery cycles with a resistive load of 3 kW. Performance metrics included transfer and retransfer times, measurement accuracy, and SCADA communication latency. Results indicated that the average transfer time was 2.31 seconds, well below the IEC Class II standard of 10 seconds, with 100% success in transfer operations. Voltage and current measurements achieved mean absolute errors of 1.4 V and 0.15 A, respectively. SCADA polling latency averaged 3.2 ms, demonstrating rapid data acquisition. The system also enhanced educational outcomes by allowing students to observe real-time power system behavior. In conclusion, the SCADA-ATS system effectively improved laboratory power reliability and provided pedagogical benefits. Future research may integrate UPS systems, reduce polling intervals, and explore hybrid energy sources for enhanced laboratory power management.
