Abstract

Komunikasi dan membangun hubungan kini dipermudah dengan menggunakan teknologi seperti aplikasi media sosial. Salah satu pelaku yang berkontribusi terhadap kesuksesan platform digital marketing seperti media sosial adalah penggunaan influencer. Pemasaran yang efektif melibatkan dalam menjaga produk di garis depan pada pikiran konsumen sehingga mereka memilih untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana digital marketing menggunakan sosial media influencer yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen. Menurut aliran AISAS yakni micro-influencer, macro-influencer, dan mega-influencer dapat membuat konten yang menarik sehingga mempengaruhi minat banyak konsumen. Jumlah suka dan komentar di akun influencer dapat menunjukkan minat follower terhadap akun tersebut. Influencer juga dapat mengkomunikasikan berbagai jenis promosi melalui gaya visual dan bahasa pribadi mereka. Ini ditunjukkan dengan menggunakan fotografi dan copywriting yang menarik. Potensi netizen yang terkena dampak untuk mencari produk (search), membeli (action), dan review produk sudah jelas, yang dapat berdampak pada perusahaan yang dapat mempromosikan produknya kepada influencer. Statistik dan tren Instagram penting untuk tahun 2022 yakni pengiklan dapat mencapai 1,440 miliar pengguna di Instagram pada Juli 2022, menempatkannya di peringkat ke-4 platform media sosial paling 'aktif' di dunia. Instagram membatasi penggunaan platformnya untuk orang berusia 13 tahun ke atas, sehingga sangat membantu untuk mengetahui bahwa 45,8 persen audiens yang memenuhi syarat di Indonesia menggunakan Instagram pada tahun 2022. Akibatnya, influencer menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang populer bagi para influencer karena mereka dapat menyajikan postingan yang dapat mempromosikan citra dan karakteristik brand, yang berdampak signifikan bagi konsumennya.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of licensing services innovation as an agent of investment growth in the new normal era in Sumedang Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with 8 informants consisting of 1 Head of Licensing Service, 1 Licensing Service Provider, 1 Data Information Analyst, and 5 Community Members. The data collection technique is literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and verification which are interpreted qualitatively from the results of observations and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of licensing services, in general, had been running but not optimal, considering that the licensing service program was based online, it could be seen from the 9 indicators studied. The obstacles found were differences in the understanding of the applicant and the verifier, the flow of the licensing process was not yet simple, there were Decree Letter templates and requirements that were no longer relevant to the rules, and the licensing process was still not transparent (only monitoring), and there was no monitoring and evaluation facility related to the decree. which is issued. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles are the simplification of the process flow, the existence of direct communication facilities, refinement of Decree Letter templates and requirements that are adjusted to the latest regulatory developments, displaying the tracking application process transparently, as well as adding monitoring and evaluation facilities as well as notifications.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to see firsthand the potential possessed by Bandung Regency, we will be shown with very good potential, especially in the field of the creative economy which may be able to develop the lives of the people of the Mekarmanik village better. There is one thing that is in the spotlight, namely the limited knowledge of existing technologies such as cellphones, how to access E-commerce, etc. The method of stages carried out in this community service such as analyzing the economic sector, counseling on increasing production, and health counseling followed by control. Furthermore, training on improving potential sectors and providing knowledge about changing business trends electronically in the industrial era 4.0. Based on the stage of community service activities that the target community has received the material presented in general, it can be said that this activity program is successful. The community has received counseling and training regarding technology-based economic development, including by providing knowledge and online business development, analyzing the growth of internet users and smartphone or gadget users so that participants are able to become technopreneur practitioners.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to learn more about how green finance has affected Indonesia since COVID-19. This research methodology combines qualitative inquiry with the technical documentation of data collecting. This study comes to the conclusion that a country's regulatory framework can be strengthened or investment in clean and green technologies increased to boost green financing. The country is dedicated to creating a balanced and sustainable Indonesia, under the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN), by enhancing the economic utilisation of the environment and natural resources in a sustainable way. The nation is also committed to improving environmental and natural resource management in order to raise peoples' standards of living.
