Abstract

Organizational success depends on the work productivity of human resources in achieving organizational goals. Human resources have an important role depending on the success or failure of the organization. Productive human resources if they have high work productivity and can achieve the goals or targets that have been set. One that affects employee work productivity is sensors, which is a very complex matter for employees, because compensation is a measure of the work done. Furthermore, work motivation, an employee will be considered valuable when the employee is trying to work to achieve targets and goals, then employees will work optimally by doing the job with the best results. The research objective was to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Productivity. The sample of this research was all employees at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Morowali Regency, with a total of 57 employees. The research method used is quantitative, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23 application. The results show that the variables of Compensation and Work Motivation simultaneously significantly influence Employee productivity, the Compensation variable partially significantly influences Employee productivity, and the Work Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employee productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Morowali Regency.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya lokal di Desa Matansala Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali adalah kawasan mangrovenya. Akan tetapi, pemanfaatan dan pengelolaannya belum maksimal. Sehingga belum dapat dijadikan sebagai mata pencaharian potensial untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan melalui keterlibatan karang taruna sebagai agen pengerak desa dalam menggaungkan dan menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha skala home industry kepada masyarakat Desa Matansala. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kreativitas masyarakat desa, sedangan diskusi dan tanya jawab dilakukan untuk menghimpun dan mengidentifikasi isu-isu strategis dan ide-ide kreatif mengenai potensi sumber daya mangrove yang bisa dimanfaatkan di desa tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Matansala mengenai pentingnya wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga, serta merubah mindset masyarakat untuk lebih kreatif dan sadar akan potensi sumber daya lokal yang ada di desanya. Dengan demikian dalam jangka panjang wirausaha home industry dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan. Home Industry Entrepreneurial Counseling to Increase the Creativity of Karang Taruna in Matansala Village The potential of local resources in the village of Matansala, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency is the mangrove area. However, its utilization and management has not been maximized. So that it cannot be used as a potential livelihood to improve the family economy. This service activity is expected to contribute to sustainable village development through the involvement of youth organizations as village mobilizing agents in echoing and growing the entrepreneurial spirit of home industry scale to the Matansala village community. The extension method is carried out to provide information and knowledge in improving the skills and creativity of the village community, while discussions and questions and answers are carried out to collect and identify strategic issues and creative ideas regarding the potential of mangrove resources that can be utilized in the village. The results of this activity provide information and knowledge to the Matansala village community about the importance of home-based entrepreneurship to improve the family economy, as well as change the mindset of the community to be more creative and aware of the potential of local resources in their village. Thus in the long term home-based entrepreneurs can contribute to sustainable village development
