<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memilih penggunaan e-pass kepada pelanggar lalu lintas di Polres Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat pemanfaatan e-pass untuk mengelola pelanggar di wilayah Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penilaian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif Empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang paling terkenal untuk menerapkan pedoman E-Tilang dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana lalu lintas dikoordinasikan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, sungai adalah tempat di mana polisi telah memberi label sebenarnya (buat pada tilangnya clear), selanjutnya Polisi memasukkan kembali data tersebut ke dalam aplikasi E-Tilang yang terdapat di dalam handphone polisi yang berjaga-jaga dan telah difasilitasi dengan server E-Tilang Polri Korlantas (Mabes Polri) sesuai data pelanggar termasuk nomor tilang. Faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi kecukupan aplikasi pelabelan antara lain Sumber Daya Manusia, Intensitas Sosialisasi E-Ticket, Mekanisme Pelayanan Aplikasi E-Ticketing, dan Sarana dan Prasarana. This study intends to choose the usage of e-passes to traffic violators at the Pangkep District Police, South Sulawesi and what factors hinder the utilization of e-passes to manage violators Pangkep region, South Sulawesi. The assessment method used is Empirical Normative Law research.
