Menurut WHO (Word Health Organization), lebih dari 350 juta orang di dunia terinfeksi Hepatitis B, untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat penyakit Hb sejak dini, maka WHO telah merekomendasikan program immunisasi Hb untuk semua bayi (Universal Chilhood Immunization Against Hb). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian immunisasi Hb-0 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batang Bulu Kecamatan Barumun Selatan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan kasus kontrol (case control) dengan jumlah sampel kasus 40 responden dan jumlah kontrol 40 responden. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah umur ibu, pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, kepercayaan/tradisi, dukungan suami, jarak, penolong persalinan, kunjungan antenatal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi pemberian imunisasi Hb-0 adalah kepercayaan/tradisi (p=0,019) dan penolong persalinan (p=0,021). Bidan lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil tentang imunisasi Hb-0 pada bayi 0-7 hari.

Based on WHO research, in the world in 2007 coverage of Antenatal Care was found in pregnant women (76.4%). Nationally, performance indicators for coverage of K4 pregnant women health services in 2014 amounted to 86.70%, not achieving the Strategic Plan target (Renstra). Ministry of Health in the same year, which is 95%. there are three provinces that have coverage of K4 pregnant women with less than 50%, namely West Papua (39.74%), Maluku (47.87%), and Papua (49.67%). The purpose of this study was to determine the Husband's Behavior About the Importance of the Role of a Prepared Husband in Pregnancy in Hutalombang Village. This research method is descriptive, using primary and secondary data conducted by distributing questionnaires to 53 respondents, taking samples using Accidental Sampling. The results were obtained based on the knowledge of the majority of respondents with sufficient knowledge of 34 respondents (64.1%), and a minority of respondents with less knowledge of 5 respondents (9.4%). Based on the attitude of the majority being positive as many as 47 respondents (88.7%), and the majority being negative as many as 6 respondents (11.3%). Based on the action, the majority of actions were carried out by 30 respondents (56.6%), and the majority of actions were not as many as 23 respondents (43.4%). From the above data it can be concluded that the husband's knowledge, attitudes and actions regarding the importance of the husband's role during pregnancy in Hutalombang Village are in the sufficient category. It is hoped that the husband will be more active in increasing his knowledge, attitudes, and actions, especially regarding the role of the standby husband.

POLA ASUH ORANGTUA DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA DI KELOMPOK BKB HI Kumala Sari Rambe

Stunting or the condition of growth failure in children due to malnutrition is caused by various aspects, ranging from inadequate maternal knowledge, repeated infections, poor sanitation, limited health services or even a combination of all aspects. Therefore, the identification of the main causes of stunting is very important to facilitate efforts to solve it. The type of research used was observational analytic with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were mothers who had toddlers (1-5 years) as many as 40 mothers. The sample in this study using the Acidental Sampling technique. The results of the bivariate analysis test using a simple Chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between eating parenting and the incidence of stunting (p < 0.038). there is a significant relationship between health care patterns and the incidence of stunting (p < 0.027). There is no significant relationship between psychosocial parenting and the incidence of stunting (p < 0.205). Suggestions for parents, especially mothers, are expected to pay more attention to food diversity by increasing daily food variations and providing quality time to support activities and accept child behavior that has not been controlled patiently and without coercion or punishment for children.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding for the first 6 months of the baby's life without the intake of other food or drinks except vitamins, drugs and ORS. Bangun-bangun plant (Coleus Amboinus Lour) is one of the types of plants consumed by new mothers in North Sumatra, especially by the Batak tribe. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the leaves of Bangun-bangun in increasing milk production in the Independent Practice of Midwife Rismayani Harahap, S.Tr.Keb. The research method uses the Quasi Experiment Design method using the Non-Equevalent Control group approach. The study used the Independent T-Test test, namely P = 0.000, which means that there is an Effectiveness of Giving Bangun-bangun Leaves to Increase Breast Milk Production in Postpartum Mothers

A healthy pregnancy is highly coveted by pregnant women, to be able to have a healthy pregnancy, pregnant women can do yoga exercises. An old method that is still used in pregnancy services is pregnancy exercise, where pregnancy exercise is also a method of relaxation and exercise for pregnant women which is a regular program in antenatal care, aiming to make pregnant women mentally and physically ready for the birth process.The objectives of implementing this community service are: Increasing interaction and sharing experiences between participants (pregnant women and pregnant women) and between pregnant women and health workers/midwives. Increase the understanding, attitude and behavior of pregnant women about: yoga exercises, body changes and complaints, pregnancy care, childbirth.Prenatal class participants are mothers at more than 20 weeks' gestation, because at this gestational age the mother's condition is strong and she is not afraid of miscarriage. Husbands/families are expected to attend prenatal classes at least 1 meeting. The implementation of this community service is carried out at PMB Bd. Dermina Tanjung, S.Tr.Keb, in the form of: weighing, measuring blood pressure, physical examination during pregnancy, counseling about the needs of pregnant women, yoga exercises
