Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui pengelolaan program kedisiplinan siswa di Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. 2) untuk mengetahui  paya penanggulangan indisipliner siswa di Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. 3) untuk menggetahui kendala dan bentuk pelanggaran  kedisiplinan siswa di Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program kedisiplinan di lingkungan sekolah sudah dilakukan dengan baik, program dimulai dengan perencanaan, pengelompokan, penerapan, pengawasan, evaluasi, hukuman, dan penghargaan. Upaya penanggulangan indisipliner siswa dilakukan melalui: bimbingan, tanggung jawab terhadap perbuatan, modifikasi lingkungan, dan pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi pengelola Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang dalam membimbing kedisiplinan siswa baik kendala internal dan eksternal, secara umum kendala yang dihadapi yaitu: kurangnya guru dan kurang konsisten guru dalam menjalankan program kedisiplinan, sikap tidak terbuka terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran, kesadaran orang tua untuk membimbing siswa, kebebasan antara siswa regular dengan siswa Boarding serta kurangnya komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah khususnya dari pihak MAN 1 Semarang. Bentuk  pelanggaran kedisiplinan yang sering dilakukan siswa, yaitu: terlambat datang ke madrasah, tidak memperhatikan ke papan tulis, Tidur di kelas, berteriak di kelas, tidak mengerjakan PR, membawa HP.  This study aims 1) to determine the management of student discipline programs at the Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. 2) to find out the efforts to overcome student indiscipline at the Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. 3) to find out the constraints and forms of student disciplinary violations at the Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang. The research method used is field qualitative. The results of the study show that the management of disciplinary programs in the school environment has been carried out well, the program starts with planning, grouping, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, punishing, and rewarding. Efforts to deal with student indiscipline are carried out through: guidance, responsibility for actions, environmental modification, and developing student discipline through extracurricular activities. There are several obstacles faced by the management of the Islamic Boarding School Hubbul Ilmi MAN 1 Semarang in guiding student discipline both internal and external constraints, in general the obstacles encountered are: lack of teachers and lack of consistency of teachers in carrying out disciplinary programs, attitude not open to problems faced by students who cause violations, awareness of parents to guide students, freedom between regular students and boarding students and lack of communication and coordination with the school, especially from MAN 1 Semarang. Forms of disciplinary violations that are often committed by students, namely: arriving late to the madrasa, not paying attention to the blackboard, sleeping in class, shouting in class, not doing homework, carrying cellphones.
