Abstract

In order to improve the image of insurance company, this study was done to find a picture of the accident victim’s satisfaction with the service of insurance company Jasa Raharja. Descriptive quantitative research was conducted with a population of accident victims. Data were taken with questionnaires by 80 respondents and data analysis used SERVQUAL. The results showed that the overall levels of accident victim’s satisfaction with the service of insurance company Jasa Raharja levels are disatisfied. This is evident from the value of the gap between perception and negative expectation. Dimensions of perceived service quality as dissatisfaction by the accident victims are the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimension. Result was obtained from this research gap between perception and expectation of service with a value of - 0.0284. Therefore, it is suggested to the insurance company Jasa Raharja to improve services to accident victims, especially dimensions unsatisfactory service for accident victims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan emotional intelligence terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Responden penelitian adalah karyawan e-commerce suku cadang otomotif. Sampel sebanyak 59 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert pada work-life balance dan emotional intelligence sebagai variabel eksogen dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai endogen. Structural Equation Model (SEM)- Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pertama, work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kedua, emotional intelligence mempengaruhi OCB secara positif dan signifikan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan work-life balance dan emotional intelligence dapat meningkatkan OCB. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan penelitian di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan perilaku perusahaan e-commerce suku cadang otomotif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perilaku karyawan gen Z di tempat kerja yang seringkali dipandang rendah oleh karyawan dari generasi sebelumnya. Studi ini menyoroti peran penting dari faktor seperti efikasi diri serta komitmen karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan atau perilaku yang mendorong kinerja dalam berkontribusi bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi dari efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terutama karyawan gen Z yang mayoritas sudah mulai menempuh karir di dunia kerja. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari OCB sebagai variabel endogen, efikasi diri sebagai variabel eksogen dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisiner pada karyawan gen Z yang bekerja dengan sistem kerja hybrid di Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PlS sebanyak 217 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikant terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Rising market, technological, and environmental uncertainties challenge Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector, making strategic foresight and entrepreneurial orientation essential for adaptability and competitiveness. This study aims to examine the effects of strategic foresight and entrepreneurial orientation on business adaptability in navigating uncertainty among food and beverage MSMEs in Jakarta. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected from 100 MSME owners or managers using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares. The results indicate that strategic foresight has a significant positive effect on business adaptability, while entrepreneurial orientation strengthens innovation, proactiveness, and organizational resilience. Furthermore, business adaptability is found to mediate the relationship between strategic foresight and the ability of MSMEs to navigate business uncertainty. These findings highlight the importance of integrating foresight and entrepreneurial orientation as dynamic capabilities to enhance MSME resilience. This study contributes theoretically to the dynamic capabilities perspective and provides practical insights for business practitioners and policymakers in strengthening the adaptive capacity of food and beverage MSMEs amid an increasingly uncertain business environment.

Abstract

In today's employment, Generation Z has taken centre stage in almost every industry. Examining the effects of information sharing, employee engagement, and transformational leadership on the creative work practices of Generation Z employees in Cikarang was the goal of this study. A sample of 320 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Generation Z employees in the area using an associative design and quantitative approaches. The results showed that knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and transformational leadership all had a favourable impact on the creative work practices of Cikarang's Generation Z workforce.
