Abstract

The aim of this program is to develop the potential of students in the field of design before entering the industrial world. As time goes by, technology advances rapidly, the manufacturing industry continues to attract jobs along with increasing investment. In this case, it requires competent human resources. This activity can increase students' understanding and skills before entering the world of work later. The program that has been implemented is Solidworks 3D CAD training through zoom meetings. This training was given to Vocational High School students in the Ciantra village environment for three meetings on 20, 26 and 27 February 2022. The method used is a demonstration, participants follow the tutorial material from the teacher step by step. Prior to the implementation of the activity, participants were given an introduction to Solidworks module to make it easier for students to understand. The training materials include an explanation of the Solidworks toolbar, the creation of two-dimensional (2D) drawings and the creation of three-dimensional (3D) parts. The results of the training can increase students' knowledge in drawing techniques using Solidworks software. In addition, it can improve students' skills in designing workpieces. It is hoped that by improving the skills of these students it will become capital before entering the industrial world.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penulisan jurnal dilakukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan KKN sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat untuk membagikan ilmu yang telah diperoleh di Universitas dan untuk kemudian diterapkan pada masyarakat. Penanaman spiritual sejak dini ketika masih usia anak-anak sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan moral dan spiritual nya pada saat sudah menjadi remaja/dewasa. Kegiatan Program Kerja ini dilatarbelakangi karena terdapat anak-anak di sekitar Mushola Al-Aziz yang belum sempurna dalam melaksanakan sholat fardhu baik dalam hal tata cara gerakan maupun bacaan sholatnya. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan ini akan difokuskan pada pendampingan dan pelatihan anak-anak mushola Al-Aziz mengenai gerakan dan bacaan sholat yang benar dengan metode Drilling. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi seperti pemberian kajian seputar sholat dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan seperti membaca niat sholat yang benar sesuai waktunya, gerakan sholat dari takbiratul ikhram hingga salam, dan bacaan sholat lainnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan di Mushola Al-Aziz Desa Kutamukti dengan 7 peserta yang terdiri dari anak usia 6-12 tahun dan dilaksanakan 4 kali pertemuan dalam satu bulan dari bulan Agustus sampai bulan September. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar anak-anak benar-benar menguasai tata cara sholat yang benar dari segi gerakan dan bacaannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode Drilling, anak-anak menjadi lebih mudah dalam menghafal bacaan sholat, mempraktekkannya secara langsung, dan untuk selanjutnya terbiasa melakukan sholat dengan benar dan tepat sesuai tuntunan dalam kesehariannya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Sholat, Metode Drilling, Anak-anak Mushola Al-Aziz Abstract The purpose of writing a journal is to carry out KKN activities as a form of community service to share the knowledge that has been obtained at the University and to then be applied to the community. Spiritual cultivation from an early age when he is still a child is very influential on his moral and spiritual development when he is a teenager/adult. This work program activity is motivated by the fact that there are children around the Al-Aziz Mosque who are not yet perfect in carrying out fardhu prayers, both in terms of movement procedures and prayer readings. Therefore, this activity will focus on mentoring and training the children of the Al-Aziz prayer room regarding the correct movement and reading of prayers using the Drilling method. The method of implementation includes socialization activities such as providing studies about prayer and continued with training and mentoring carried out such as reading the correct prayer intentions according to the time, prayer movements from takbiratul ikhram to greetings, and other prayer readings. The implementation of this activity was carried out at the Al-Aziz Mosque in Kutamukti Village with 7 participants consisting of children aged 6-12 years and held 4 meetings in one month from August to September. The purpose of this activity is for children to really master the correct way of praying in terms of movement and reading. The results of this activity are obtained by using the Drilling method, children become easier to memorize prayer readings, practice them directly, and then get used to praying correctly and precisely according to the guidance in their daily lives. Abstract

Welding of two different materials has high difficulty. It will cause porosity and hot cracks. To improve this, a friction welding (FRW) process has been developed to weld materials in a molten state. In this process, the material will be clamped so as not to be thrown, one other material will be rotated and brought together with the other clamped material and the pressure that causes the two sides of the material to meet. The purpose of this study is to determine the strength of welded joints of various materials through tensile testing and microstructure testing in friction welding (FRW) welding. This study used 6061 aluminium and ASTM B187 copper for welding. The cylinder had a diameter of 16 millimetres and a length of 70 millimetres, and the spindle rotational speeds were 1200 rpm, 1400 rpm and 1800 rpm. Welding results were assessed by measuring the strength of weld joints between different types of materials. Test results on welding with different spindle rotational speeds showed that friction welding with 1800 rpm was stronger with a maximum tensile strength of 2762.8 N and a tensile strength of 13.7N/mm2 when compared to 1200 rpm and 1400 rpm. In testing the microstructure of different types of materials, it can be seen that the mixture of the two metals at a rotational speed of 1800 rpm is more melting, so that the unification of the joining of the two materials is better when compared to the rotational speed of 1200 rpm and 1400 rpm.
