<![CDATA["This research is based on the speech act theory from Austin, namely the following speech forms: locutionary, locutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the speech acts of the president in the 2021 MPR annual session. The purpose of this study is to analyze the locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the presidential speech. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive method which is a research that uses methods to obtain data regarding speech acts at the time this research is conducted so that it can examine the data systematically. The source of this research comes from the video sharing channel. The results of this study indicate that the speech acts in this presidential speech are (1) locutionary speech acts are speech acts that express something, (2) illocutionary speech acts are speech acts that have the intent, meaning, and function of speech, (3) perlocutionary speech acts is a speech act that often has the power of influence or effect on the speech partner of the speaker. Thus, the benefits of this research are efforts to find out the intent or meaning of speech acts in the president's speech in the 2021 MPR annual session and to be able to understand Austin's theory of speech acts more deeply.ABSTRAKPenelitian yang dilakukan ini dilatar belakangi adanya teori tindak tutur dari Austin yaitu bentuk tindak tutur sebagai berikut tindak tutur lokusi, lokusi, dan perlokusi pada pidato presiden dalam siding tahunan MPR tahun 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mennganalisis tindak tutur lokusi,ilokusi, perlokusi pada pidato presiden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode dalam memperoleh data mengenai tindak tutur pada saat penelitian ini dilakukan sehingga dapat memeriksa data secara sistematis. Sumber penelitian ini berasal kanal video berbagi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tindak tutur pada pidato presiden ini terdapat (1) tindak tutur lokusi adalah tindak tuturan yang mengungkapkan sesuatu, (2) tindak tutur ilokusi adalah tindak tutur yang memiliki maksud, makna, dan fungsi tuturan, (3) tindak tutur perlokusi adalah tindak tutur yang seringkali mempunyai daya pengaruh atau efek bagi mitra tutur dari si penutur. Dengan demikian, manfaat dalam penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu upaya dalam mengetahui maksud atau makna dalam tindak tutur pada pidato presiden dalam sidang tahuan MPR tahun 2021 serta dapat memahami tindak tutur teori Austin lebih mendalam."]]>
