Abstract

Pengobatan penyakit TBC belum mencapai target nasional yang ditetapkan dalam perencanaan strategis (renstra) Kemenkes sebesar 90%. Pengobatan tuberkulosis paru membutuhkan waktu lama untuk mencapai kesembuhan dengan kombinasi beberapa jenis obat, hal ini mengakibatkan pasien berhenti minum obat sebelum akhir masa pengobatan selesai yang mengarah pada kegagalan dalam pengobatan TB paru. Dalam hal ini komunikasi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai baik menurut al-qur’an atau ICM merupakan model komunikasi terapeutik yang dapat di aplikasikan pada pasien TBC agar patuh terhadap pengobatan OAT sehingga proses pengobatan dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh ICM terhadap kepatuhan minum obat OAT pada pasien TBC. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre dengan desain penelitian One Group pretest-posttest. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dimana jumlah sampel dan populasi sama yaitu 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest) pada responden, dan dilakukan perlakuan (treatment) ICM dengan observasi yang dilakukan oleh observer. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan nilai mean pada pretest (4,94) dan nilai pada posttest (7,66) dengan kategori patuh sebanyak 32 orang (100%). Dari hasil perhitungan analisis didapatkan nilai sig. (.000 > α 0.05) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya Ada pengaruh ICM dalam praktik komunikasi terapeutik setelah diberikan perlakuan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat OAT. Adanya pengaruh ICM dalam praktik komunikasi terapeutik terhadap kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien TBC diwilayah kerja puskesmas Karangmulya Bojongmangu Kata kunci: Islamic Communication Model (ICM); Kepatuhan; OAT

Abstract

The vulnerability of adolescent students with problems causes stress in the students caused by the obligation of the students to memorize the Qur'an, moreover, the age of the students who are still teenagers and the desire to memorize not all come from themselves, allowing these students to experience stress. Stress can be understood as pressure, a disorder that originates from within (internal) and outside (external) that is unpleasant. There are several factors that influence stress including anxiety, and participation in decision making. Therefore, a strategy is needed to overcome stressors, Each individual has a different coping strategy according to situational and individual. To determine the relationship between the coping strategies of adolescent students and the stress level of memorizing the Qur'an in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ar-rohmani Batujaya Assembly.The research method uses a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique is total sampling, with a total of 50 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Based on data analysis used using the Chi Square Test with p = 0.00 (p < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the coping strategies of adolescent students and the stress level of memorizing the Qur'an in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ar-rohmani Batujaya Assembly.there is a relationship between the coping strategy of adolescent students and the stress level of memorizing the Qur'an in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ar-rohmani Batujaya Assembly.

Abstract

The empathetic attitude of teachers who are willing to listen to students' complaints, suggestions and suggestions, provide opportunities for free thinking and opinions, will have an effect on realizing the success of the teaching and learning process, but this cannot be understood by students. Teachers always think optimistically about the abilities of students and believe that students are able to achieve the expected competencies, help students' difficulties, make students have motivation and enthusiasm to learn. This is where the importance of the role of the teacher's interpersonal communication skills on student learning motivation must be developed so that students do not always interact with their gadgets.This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher-student interpersonal communication and the level of student motivation with the self-esteem of Class XII TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi students.This study uses a descriptive analytic method with a quantitative nature and a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was 140 TKJ class XII students at Tridaya Sakti Vocational School with a total sample of 104 students who were taken using consecutive sampling.the research shows that there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and motivation with self-esteem of class XII students of TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi (P value = 0.000) which means there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and motivation with self-esteem of class XII students of TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi.after doing this research there is a relationship between teacher-student interpersonal communication and the level of teacher motivation with self-esteem in class XII TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi.

Abstract

Generasi Z mempunyai nama lain yaitu I gen atau generasi internet. Dinamakan demikian karena generasi ini lahir dan berkembang seiring dengan pesatnya digitalisasi diberbagai aspek serta berbarengan dengan kelahiran beberapa media sosial yang menjadikan generasi Z sebagai kelompok usia terlama yang mengakses media sosial perharinya. Intensitas penggunaan media sosial ini berdampak pada kecemasan. Dampak buruk yang kerap muncul ialah rasa gelisah, menghindari hal yang membuat cemas, berkurang hingga hilangnya fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial pada tingkat kecemasan generasi z mahasiswa keperawatan di STIKes Medistra Indonesia Tahun 2022. Metode cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 181. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Chi – Square diperoleh ­p value (0,000) < nilai α (0,05), sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak artinya ada Hubungan Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial Pada Tingkat Kecemasan Generasi Z Mahasiswa Keperawatan Di STIKes Medistra Indonesia Tahun 2022.
