Abstract

The budget has a very important role in the attainment of the objectives of an activity to be carried out. In this activity, MICE (Meeting, Incentiv, Convention and Exhibition), techniques to prepare and realize a good budget will determine the success or failure of activity because the budget has a function as a planning tool (planning), coordination (coordinating) and monitoring (controlling).
