<![CDATA[Background: Adolescent commonly still possess minimum knowledge and credible information to face adolescent phase. The situation would lead adolescent in disadvantageous situation. Adolescent would have the possibility to become more responsible and could avoid damaging behaviour if they acquired enough knowledge about reproductive system. Their knowledge about reproductive system will lead them to become more responsible and aware about what they can or cannot do. Objective: This research is designed to present the knowledge and source information about reproductive system that adolescent of Public Highschool 1 in Remboken had acquired. Methodology: This research used descriptive method and convenience sampling. Sample collected from 185 respondents. Respondents asked to fill the questioner that used ordinal scale and used descriptive analysis. Results: This research showed that in general the respondent had acquired reproductive system knowledge, which described from 84 respondents. Access to the reproductive system information also available, showed by the response of 86 respondent. Parental guide also assessed and 100 respondents gain the information about reproductive system from their parents. Conclusion: Adolescent acquired and had access to the proper information about reproductive system because the role of media and parents’ involvement. Suggestion: Increasing the number of campaigns about reproductive system knowledge to adolescent is important to provide credible information. It will lead to the increase of the awareness about reproductive system. ]]>
