Abstract

This study discusses the importance of teachers mastering learning variation skills to foster elementary school students' learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves individuals directly. Learning activities are carried out on the basis of strong motivation from within the individual and outside the individual student. Therefore, the teacher's skill in mastering the application of learning variations is very important because it can generate student learning motivation. The method used in this research is the literature review method, the data collection used is by examining various case studies that are relevant to the research. Until later, from the results of data collection, it can be concluded that in increasing student learning motivation, teachers must master several teaching skills and one of them is skills in mastering learning variations.

Abstract

Di era revolusi 4.0 ini berbagai aspek kehidupan yang terjadi sudah tidak terhindarkan lagi pergerakannya. Di sisi lain era revolusi industri 4.0 ini memiliki dampak positif yaitu memberikan kemudahan terhadap penyebaran informasi mengenai perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) yang sangat cepat. Dalam hal ini peran guru sebagai agen pembaharu (agent of change), di era revolusi industri 4.0 ini dituntut untuk menguasai keterampilan abad 21 dan mampu mengarahkan pada perubahan agar dapat menghasilkan generasi potensial yang mampu bersaing dan berkontribusi secara global. Dengan mengkaji berbagai studi literatur serta penelitian terdahulu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru yang berkualitas dapat membawa perubahan pendidikan di Indonesia ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the application of the team teaching method carried out at Al-Ma'soem Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. Based on the results of the research, the stages of implementing the team teaching method in learning are as follows: 1) Planning Stage, where class teachers, subject teachers and subject teachers conduct MGMP to design lesson plans. 2) Implementation Phase, namely the process of learning activities that begins with opening activities by the teacher in charge of teaching. In the core activities, teachers work together to apply the team teaching method by dividing the tasks of one teacher as a teacher and one other teacher as a companion. 3) Evaluation Phase, namely the evaluation process for teachers and students. Teacher evaluation is carried out by providing criticism and suggestions to each teacher in the team regarding the teaching process. Evaluation of students is carried out through summative and formative tests made by each teacher according to the material being taught. So that learning using the team teaching method is also very influential on the achievement of learning objectives.
