Abstract

Early Marriage Is A Case That Still Occurs In Indonesia. Marriage is an inner and outer bond between men and women who want to continue their descendants and have a family. The number of Class XII MA Darul Ihsan students who married at school age during the 2021/2022 academic year totaled 2 people, in 2020/2021 there were 0 cases, and in 2019/2020 there were 5 people. To Develop Knowledge About the Impact of Early Marriage on Adolescent Reproductive Health at MA Darul Ihsan. Pre-experimental research was carried out on Darul Ihsan MA students with 47 respondents taking a sample, in order to obtain research results using T-test analysis on pretest and post-test with P Value <0.001. Results of Statistic Test Calculations obtained using computerization, so that in Obtained a T-value of 8.609 and P = 0.001 (P<0.001), which means that there is an effect of education on the impact of early marriage on adolescent reproductive health. This Education on the Impact of Early Marriage on Reproductive Health can have an influence on MA Darul Islam students who can be said to still have cases of early marriage, so they can develop the knowledge of students and students of Ma Darul Ihsan and apply that knowledge in their environment.

Abstract

One of the influences on the success of exclusive breastfeeding is the role of midwives, namely providing counseling on preparation for exclusive breastfeeding, Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) during childbirth, how to do breast care during pregnancy and the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of Community Midwifery Intervention Practice is to educate in order to increase public awareness of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and good and correct breastfeeding methods. The method of activity is through counseling by providing material directly using supporting media power points and booklets given to pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and grandmothers who take care of their grandchildren and discussions about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and good and correct breastfeeding methods and there is an evaluation through pre and post-test with 10 questions. The results of 30 respondents can be seen from the pre-test with good knowledge of 9 people (30%) and after the counseling there was an increase in the results of the post-test with good knowledge of 30 people (100%), indicating an increase of 70%. with ρ value = 0.000 (ρ <0.05) meaning that there is an influence on the Importance of Exclusive Breastfeeding and Good and Correct Breastfeeding Methods and a t value of 8.226. In conclusion, there is an influence on increasing knowledge of the Importance of Exclusive Breastfeeding and Good and Correct Breastfeeding Methods after counseling at Posyandu Mawar Indah 02.

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan jenis kanker yang paling sering dialami oleh wanita danmerupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker di seluruh dunia. Penyakit iniberkembang dari jaringan epitel pada saluran atau lobulus payudara, ditandai dengan pertumbuhansel abnormal yang tidak terkendali. Menurut laporan Globocan tahun 2020, Indonesia mencatatlebih dari 68 ribu kasus baru kanker payudara yang setara dengan 16,6% dari seluruh kasuskanker. WHO juga melaporkan bahwa secara global terdapat 2,3 juta kasus dengan angkakematian mencapai 685.000 jiwa. Salah satu metode deteksi dini yang mudah dilakukan adalahSADARI (Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasiefektivitas penyuluhan SADARI dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan wanita usia subur di KelurahanCemplang. Metode edukasi dilakukan melalui presentasi dan leaflet kepada 30 peserta. Penilaianpengetahuan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatansignifikan dengan skor N-Gain rata-rata 0,86. Uji statistik juga membuktikan adanya perbedaansignifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kesimpulannya, edukasi SADARI terbukti efektifdalam meningkatkan pemahaman deteksi dini kanker payudar
