Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness and how important philosophy is in stimulating students' mindsets in responding to information about science in independent curriculum learning based on the times. The method used in carrying out this research is library research using a qualitative approach, namely an approach taken by processing data by presenting data through a review of thoughts, expert opinions or information related to research problems in the form of books. as well as previous research that is able to support the discussion of the issues raised. The results of research conducted cognitively found that the application of philosophy in learning will produce a positive contribution that logically will be able to train students in forming a critical mindset in responding to information both informatively and theoretically. In the development of an independent curriculum learning model it will be able to trigger students to respond to science based on active logic.

Abstract

The importance of paying attention to teacher supervision in the world of education in order to contribute to school principals in carrying out their academic supervision optimally and providing knowledge for teachers in motivating themselves to improve their performance. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of educational supervision is carried out on elementary school teachers in Baso District. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with a population of all primary school teachers in Baso District in 2022 as many as 52 people. The sample used in the study was the entire population of 52 people, the instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used the help of the IBM SPSS 20 software program. The results of the research implementation of teacher supervision in Baso District, Agam Regency had a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.002, this is smaller than 0.05 and the value of T Count>T Table or 2.995> 2.00665. with a large contribution of influence given the implementation of teacher supervision in Baso District on teacher performance by 18.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implications for the education system in Indenseian by looking at the basic meanings and the relationship between Anthropology as a process of positive and negative meaning. The research method used is a qualitative description method by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. Research result . In multicultural education, educational anthropology has an impact on positive educational outcomes for students, it is clear that multicultural education and educational anthropology are both committed to conducting research and improving learning outcomes. Contextually, cultural anthropologists highlight various studies on the diversity differences that exist in the characteristics of human behavior patterns in communities.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how important educational resource management is to student achievement in elementary schools, because good management will improve student achievement in schools. The purpose of this research is to improve student achievement in learning at school. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research is survey research. Survey is a study that takes samples from the population using data instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and document data as a means of collecting basic data. The population in this study are teachers and students in elementary schools. With the results of the study showing that the implementation of educational resource management in elementary schools is in the good category based on calculations from several categories carried out in this study, it shows that there is an influence on student achievement at school.

Abstract

Dance in the scope of educational space is very important as well as maintaining and preserving regional cultural arts, education and learning traditional arts in the elementary school environment is a place to maintain and cultural identity of the nation. Elementary school is one of the right places to introduce and develop the art of dance. The role includes students being able to express themselves according to their level of age and emotional development, so that learning becomes more interesting and exciting for students. This study used a literature study with the aim of determining dance movements in elementary school-age children.
