Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pemberian ASI di dunia belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Ibu tidak menyusui bayinya karena berbagai alasan kesibukan bekerja dan demi menjaga keindahan tubuhnya. Ibu rela tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif dan hanya diberikan susu formula saja. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi ASI sebelum diberikan ekstrak nigella sativa, mengetahui kelancaran produksi ASI setelah diberikan ekstrak nigella sativa , menganalisa pengaruh pemberian ekstrak nigella sativa terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu Menyusui di PMB Afah Fahmi Surabaya. Metode penelitian : penelitian ini adalah pra- experimental design, jumlah sampel 30 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemberian ekstrak nigella sativa terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI. Terlihat dari hasil pengaruh pemberian ekstrak nigella sativa terhadap produksi ASI menunjukkan hasil nilai p = 0.000 (<0.05). Hasil : mulai tanggal 29 juni - 10 juli ada sebagian ibu menyusui yang mengalami ketidaklancaran produksi ASI. Penatalaksanaan yang telah dilkukan pada ibu menyusui memberikan penjelasan tentang “pengaruh ekstrak nigella sativa terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui”. Kesimpulan : Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh ekstrak nigella sativa terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui Kata kunci : pemberian ekstrak nigella sativa dan produksi ASI THE INFLUENCE OF NIGELLA SATIVA EXTRACT TO ASSURANCE ON BREAST FEEDING MOTHER’S IN PMB AFAH FAHMI Amd.,Keb SURABAYA Introduction: Breastfeeding in the world has not been fully implemented. Mom does not breastfeed her baby for various reasons to work and to keep the beauty of her body. Mother is willing not to give exclusive breastfeeding and only given formula milk alone. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know milk production before nigella sativa extract, to know the smoothness of milk production after given nigella sativa extract, to analyze the effect of nigella sativa extract on the smoothness of breast milk production in breastfeeding mother at PMB Afah Fahmi Surabaya. Methods: This study was a pre- experimental design, the sample size was 30 respondents with total sampling technique. The results showed there was a significant effect on the provision of nigella sativa extract to the smooth production of breast milk. Seen from the effect of giving nigella sativa extract to milk production showed result p value = 0.000 (<0.05). Results: from 29 June to 10 July there were some breastfeeding mothers who experienced an insufficient milk production. Management that has been done on breastfeeding mothers provides an explanation of " the influence of nigella sativa extract to assurance on milk production assurance in mother's ". Discusion: So it can be concluded that there is influence of nigella sativa extract on the smoothness of milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Abstract

The study investigates the use of letter cards to help children with special needs (mental retardation) in learning to read and write Koran. This is action research with three cycles. Each cycle is intended to make students active and creative. Education is for all citizens, including children with special needs (mental retardation. The difficulties of children with special needs (mental retardation) in learning to read and write the Koran is because they do not have the ability to read and write like normal children in general. Therefore, teachers should be skillful at picking strategies, methods and media appropriate to apply to children with special needs, in this case the teachers use letter cards in increasing the literacy of the Koran. This is intended to facilitate the children to read and write the Koran. Students are trained to understand their own ability to establish independence, so that their action is more effective and enjoyable so that optimal learning results.

Abstract

The study investigates the use of letter cards to help children with special needs (mental retardation) in learning to read and write Koran. This is action research with three cycles.
