Abstract

Abstrak Luasnya wilayah Kabupaten Sukabumi sedikit menghambat terhadap suatu pelayanan, salah satu contohnya pelayanan pembuatan akta kelahiran. Dimana tidak semua masyarakat dapat dengan cepat menuju Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Sukabumi karena jarak yang jauh, contonya wilayah Jampang Kulon dan sekitarnya. Dengan adanya Unit Pelaksna Dinas (UPTD) Kependudukan di Japang Kulon pembuatan Akta Kelahiran di Kabupaten Sukabumi tidak harus selalu ke Dinas Kendudukan Catatan Sipil akan tetapi sebagian masyarakat di wilayah Jampang Kulon dan sekitarnya bisa membuat akta kelahiran di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Kependudukan Jampang Kulon. Penelitan ini menggunkan metode kualitatif, dengan demikian laporan penelitian akan berisi kutipan-kutipan data untuk memberikan gambaran penyajian laporan tertentu, data tersebut mungkin berasal dari pengamatan dan naskah wawancara. Teori yang digukan dalam penelitian adalah Edward III. Dari hasil penelitian terkait implementasi kebijakan pembuatan Akta Kelahiran di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Kependudukan Jampang Kulon menujukan hasil yang baik dalam indikator Komunikasi dan indikator sumber daya, akan tetapi masih kurang atau lemah di indikator disposisi dan struktur birokrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of Additional Income for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The method used by the author to conduct the research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The theory used by the author to evaluate the policy of Additional Income for State Civil Apparatus is the theory of Dunn (2003) with indicators such as Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Fairness, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Additional Income has a good impact on improving the performance of its employees, although not entirely, and for Additional Income, it is given regularly every month.

Abstract

The research found several indications of problems regarding the performance of market service levy collector employees, these are indicated as follows: 1) The predetermined market service levy revenue target has not been achieved. 2) lack of outreach to traders regarding the levy rates that must be paid. 3) The collection process and mechanism are not yet optimal. 4) Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from collection staff regarding problems in the field. On the Performance of Market Service Levy Collectors at Parungkuda Market. Researchers use Supervision theory (Vx) according to Winardi (2011:589) in Sururama and Amalia (2020:70. and Performance theory (Vy) according to Mangkunegara (2021:67). The approach used is quantitative. Meanwhile, the method used is the associative descriptive survey method. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires with a rating scale of five (5) answer choices. In sampling, Proportionate stratified random sampling and Purposive sampling techniques were used, and sample determination was used using the Slovin formula. The calculation result of the cumulative average value of the Leadership Supervision variable (Vx) is 3.98. Descriptive Percentage (DP) of 79.60% is included in the "Good" category. And Employee Performance (Vy) is 3.57. Descriptive Percentage (DP) =71.31% is included in the "Good" category. The results of statistical analysis Rxy = 0.785 are included in the "Strong" category. KD value = 0.61.6, which means that the contribution of the Leadership Supervision variable to Employee Performance is 61.62%, the remainder is determined by other factors. The linear regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 12.411 + 0860.

Abstract

KKM or Student Work Lecture is one of the campus programs where students carry out community service with an interdisciplinary approach and the length of time for implementation is determined by the campus. The field of education is of particular concern to the author because education, whether we realize it or not, is a need for every human being because no human being is born with knowledge. Of the various problems in education, learning motivation is of particular concern to be addressed, especially learning motivation in elementary school children. Learning motivation has a very important role in learning, both in the learning process and in the results obtained in learning. The activities themselves are carried out at the KKM Command Post, namely Post IV which is located at Jalan Kampung Cikupa, Rt 03/Rw 03 Cikelat Village, Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used is awareness/increasing understanding of a problem. There are several factors that cause low learning motivation in students, especially elementary school students, including: Lack of guidance from parents, Dislike of certain subjects, Limited learning support media. Tutoring is not only for students at school, but tutoring is also carried out in other fields such as reading and writing the Koran, memorizing prayers, and others. In tutoring activities, there are perceived obstacles, namely unstable student concentration levels and a variety of different learning methods because students come from different schools and at different levels. In the process of motivating students, the activities carried out in tutoring are as follows: Adapting learning to the participants/students, Providing encouragement to students, Giving gifts or morning praise to students, Creating a fun atmosphere such as exercising, playing games and drawing.

Abstract

Lingkungan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Kebersihan lingkungan mencerminkan bagaimana manusia menjaga lingkungan tersebut. Program Jum’at Bersih adalah salah satu program KKM yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Surade. Dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya kesadaran Masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Melalui konsep kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak, kegiatan Jum’at Bersih dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mendapat dukungan dari Masyarakat. Kesadaran Masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan semakin nyata melalui aksi kerja bakti.
