Abstract

Penelitian ini memposisikan pemerintah desa sebagai sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan yang memiliki tanggungjawab untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan dirinya sehingga menjadi organisasi atau perusahaan yang mandiri dan memiliki daya saing tinggi serta tetap survive dalam memberdayakan masyarakatnya terhadap perkembangan zaman. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pemerintah desa dalam membangun Human Capital di Desa Tegalgubug Lor Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejaidan, yang terjadi pada sekarang. Penelitian deskriptif tertuju pada pemecahan masalah yang ada pada masa sekarang. Adapun penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan tentang peran pemerintah desa dalam membangun Human Capital di Desa Tegalgubug Lor Kabupaten Cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan tahap reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran pemerintah desa dalam membangun Human Capital di Desa Tegalgubug Lor Kabupaten Cirebon, diantaranya: 1) Fasilitator, bertujuan untuk menstimulasi dan mendukung pengembangan masyarakat; 2) Edukator, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi, mengonfrontasikan, dan memberikan pelatihan; dan 3) Representasi, bertujuan mencari sumber daya, melakukan advokasi, memanfaatkan media yang tersedia, melakukan hubungan dengan masyarakat, mengembangkan jaringan atau networking

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at SDIT Bina Lestari in Bekasi Regency, aligning with the minimum standards set by Permendiknas and Permendikbudristek. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews with the principal and the facilities management team, and documentation review. Primary and secondary data sources were utilized. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that: (1) Planning for facilities and infrastructure at SDIT Bina Lestari is systematically conducted, with items being proposed, reviewed by the principal, and discussed annually with the school committee and the Foundation. (2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure involves purchases, grants, and reconditioning. (3) The arrangement of facilities and infrastructure is efficiently managed to support effective and conducive learning environments. (4) The inventory of facilities and infrastructure is meticulously recorded annually to monitor the condition and replacement needs of items.
