Abstract

The low understanding and application of the management of the Pesantren Business Unit, has an impact on the income and progress of the Ma'had Darut Tauhid Islamic Boarding School (MADAD) which has an impact on the economic sustainability of the Islamic Boarding School. So to find out how much management is implemented, it is necessary to do research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The result, Many Pesantren Business Unit officers still do not know the management system. So it is necessary to be equipped with continuous training, in order to improve the quality of work and provide benefits for the business unit of the Ma'had Darut Tauhid Islamic boarding school (MADAD), especially in the field of management with great hope that if the management is carried out correctly and appropriately it can increase the income and welfare of the pesantren at the same time. all aspects related to pesantren.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, one of the traditional educational institutions that still exist, are the most subjective learning places in developing the character of students. In addition, the innovation and creativity of students can be collaborated with their imaginations with each other so that they can become a multi-talent hub that can be used as an inspiration for the community, including in the economic development of local communities. The purpose of this study is to empower students and the community through creative economic activities in recycling waste at An-Nasyiin Islamic Boarding School, Grujugan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan. The research method is a qualitative research conducted by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study are the process of empowering this waste recycling goes well according to what has been planned and also this activity gets a positive response from the surrounding community and also benefits from this creative economic activity. can already be felt by the community, students and Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Nurul Ulum Orodalam was founded by the late KH. Rifai around 1955, Cooperative PP. Nurul Ulum is part of the efforts to improve the welfare of the Islamic boarding school and students. The trust and satisfaction of the students towards the quality of service of the pp cooperative. nurul ulum is a target for achieving quality in increasing future corporate profits, bearing in mind that santri are permanent consumers in PP cooperatives. Nurul Ulum, which certainly influences the existence and stability of the cooperative. The qualitative approach emphasizes the process analysis of inductive thinking processes related to the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena, and always uses scientific logic. Qualitative research is a research method used to reveal problems in work life. Currently, cooperatives are growing in other countries with the aim of providing welfare to their members. This is proven by the many economic problems that can be overcome by the existence of cooperatives. Among them there are several factors that can influence consumer confidence in a product in cooperatives, namely: experience, quality of work and intelligence.
