AbstractAccording to the storage requirements, the antibiotics dosage form such as the dry injection of amoxicillin-clavulanate generally should be kept in a conditioned temperature of 2 - 80C to maintain stability. However, sometimes problems arise with limited storage facilities for the preparation and during distribution. Therefore, determination of the potential and content of Amoxicillin-clavulanate which were stored at room temperature should be observed. The potential testing was done by using the agar diffusion technique, while assays performed using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). From the results known that the potential against Escherichia coli decreased by 94.42 %, while to the Staphylococcus aureus decreased by 78.33 %, as well as the content of amoxicillin decreased by 1.07 %, and clavulanate decreased by 3.25 % after storage for 8 weeks at room temperature.
