Abstract

Cuka Apel Hedjo is a home-business that produced bottled apple vinegar located in Cianjur. This business is still relatively new (operating from 2020) with consumers spread across several cities in West Java and DKI Jakarta. This journal will discuss value chains in the Cuka Apel Hedjo, with two topics : primary activities (inbound logistics, operation, outbound logistics, marketing & sales, and services) and support activities (infrastructure, human resources, technology development, and procurement).
