Abstract

Consumptive lifestyle is a person's lifestyle in meeting the needs of life not in accordance with their needs, but only to fulfill their desires. Consumptive lifestyles occur in many adolescents, including students. Santri who are expected to be able to make social changes among the people, are actually less able to face the consumptive lifestyle which is the impact of globalization. The results show that the behavioral approach can reduce the consumption habits of students. By determining the maximum target of spending every day, raises a sense of caution in the counselee in making purchases. Koneli has also begun to be able to prevent behavior in making purchases based on desire. So that expenses every day the counselee has begun to decrease from the previous habit. In addition, the counselee has also started to save from the remaining money

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are salaf educational institutions that uphold the values ​​of akhlaq al-karimah. However, it is very unfortunate, in the pesantren there is also bullying experienced by a student who has physical retardation and a slow way of thinking. Bullying received by the victim in the form of insults, ridicule and ridicule. The bullying causes the victim's self-esteem to decrease so that the victim tends to withdraw from the environment and is afraid to mingle with his friends. The condition of low self-esteem can be seen from the scale score given by the researcher to the counselee before the action is taken, namely 36. The score belongs to the category of low self-esteem. This study aims to increase the self-esteem of victims of bullying by using assertive training techniques. The research method used is action research. The results showed that the condition of the victim's self-esteem increased although not significantly after the action in cycle I. The score from the given scale was 61, the score was included in the category of moderate self-esteem. In the reflection of the first cycle, the counselor prepares for better treatment in the second cycle, until a score of 89 is obtained on the scale given by the counselor to the counselee after handling the second cycle. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the self-esteem of victims of bullying can be increased by using assertive training techniques

Abstract

Perceraian di Indonesia didominasi cerai gugat sehingga pemenuhan hak finansial perempuan pasca perceraian perlu mendapat perhatian. Namun, terdapat ketimpangan antara cerai talak—yang hak finansial istri telah diatur rinci dalam UU Perkawinan 1974 dan Pasal 149 KHI—dan cerai gugat yang tidak memiliki dasar aturan serupa, meski cerai gugat kerap tidak disebabkan oleh istri. Melalui penelitian kualitatif yuridis-normatif dengan analisis deskriptif serta penerapan maqasid al-Sari’ah melalui pendekatan sistem Jasser Auda, penelitian ini menelaah kekosongan KHI terkait hak finansial perempuan pasca cerai gugat dan menawarkan formulasi hukumnya. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mut’ah dan nafkah ‘iddah adalah hak melekat bagi perempuan sesuai syariat, sebagai perlindungan dalam konteks sosial misoginis, sehingga pemenuhannya dalam kasus cerai gugat merupakan bentuk keadilan ekonomi yang seharusnya diakomodasi

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan bersatunya dua karakter yang berbeda dan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis calon pengantin. Bimbingan pranikah menjadi salah satu layanan yang digunakan untuk membantu calon pengantin menumbuhkan kesiapan mental sebelum memasuki pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bimbingan pranikah dalam menumbuhkan kesiapan mental calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses bimbingan pranikah di diawali dengan melakukan pendaftaran oleh calon pengantin yang dilanjutkan adanya undangan dari pihak KUA kepada calon pengantin untuk mengikuti bimbingan pranikah. Metode bimbingan pranikah yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga, yakni ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Materi bimbingan pranikah, yakni undang-undang pernikahan, psikologi pernikahan, kehidupan berkeluarga, pembinaan keluarga, dan kesehatan keluarga.

Abstract

The high challenges in modern household dynamics demand mature preparation for prospective bride and groom couples. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Gayam District, Sumenep Regency, implements premarital counseling as an instrument to mitigate the risks of unreadiness. This study aims to analyze the construction and implementation of premarital counseling at KUA Gayam District and its implications for the psychological and religious readiness of prospective couples. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted by juxtaposing field findings with behavior change and marital readiness theories. The research findings indicate that the construction of premarital counseling at KUA Gayam has transformed from a mere administrative procedure into a value incubation process through three pillars: religious (theological foundation), psychological (character exploration), and relational (parental approach). The implementation of counseling utilizes a dialogic lecture method that effectively triggers behavioral changes from the contemplation stage toward collective commitment readiness. Premarital counseling at KUA Gayam is proven to be a strategic social laboratory in strengthening family resilience. The synergy between the internalization of religious values and the strengthening of interpersonal communication significantly contributes to the maturity of prospective couples in facing the complexities of married life.

Abstract

Rapid advancements in information technology have given rise to various social media platforms. Instagram stands out as one of the most popular and frequently used platforms. A number of preachers da’i utilize social media to disseminate religious messages dakwah, one of whom is Kiai Muhajir Afifuddin. This study aims to describe the religious messages conveyed in posts on the Instagram account @muhajirafifuddin during the months of March and April 2025. The study employs a qualitative research method utilizing semiotic analysis. The object of the research consists of the religious messages found in posts on the @muhajirafifuddin Instagram account during the March–April 2025 period. Based on the analysis conducted, it is concluded that the religious messages in the posts on the @muhajirafifuddin Instagram account during this period comprised 8 messages in the Sharia (Islamic law) category, 7 messages in the Akhlaq (morality/ethics) category, and 2 messages in the Aqidah (faith/creed) category.
