Abstract

Pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemerintah kepadamasyarakat. salah satu unit kerja pelayanan Kesehatan yaitu rumah sakit. Pada penyelenggaraanpelayanan ditemukan bahwa pihak pengelola rumah sakit banya yang belum dapat memberikanpelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui desain kualitatif untuk menjelaskankualitas pelayanan Kesehatan rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Noongan. Temuanpenelitian bahwa dinilai dari aspek tangibles, reability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphatykualitas pelayanan Kesehatan rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Noongan belum semuanyabaik. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam berbagai bentuk pelayanan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kesehatan, Rawat Jalan ,Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

ABSRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of mangrove forest tourism development as a cultural heritage in Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the development of mangrove forest tourism as a cultural heritage in Parigi Moutong Regency has not been carried out optimally. This can be seen from the implementation of the development of mangrove forest tourism that has not gone well due to the lack of funds owned by the local village and the lack of attention from the tourism agency, the facilities (infrastructure) and the economic activities of the people in the tourist area have not been maximized. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pengembangan wisata hutan mangrove sebagai cagar budaya di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi pengembangan wisata hutan mangrove sebagai cagar budaya di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan pengembangan wisata hutan mangrove tersebut belum berjalan dengan baik karena kurangnya dana yang dimiliki desa setempat dan kurangnya perhatian dari dinas pariwisata, fasilitas-fasilitas (prasarana) dan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di kawasan wisata yang belum maksimal. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Gotong Royong Program in Lompad Village, Ranoyapo District, South Minahasa Regency. By using qualitative research methods. Informants in this study were Old Law, Village Secretary, Head of BPD, Head of Environment, Leaders, and the Community. The focus of this research is seen from the 3 indicators that support the running of the program which include organizing, interpretation, and application or application. . Abstract

ABSTRACTCivil servants have a decisive role, namely as thinkers, implementers, planners, and controllers of development.Thus, civil servants have a very important role in facilitating the running of the wheels of government and theimplementation of national development. The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of StateCivil Apparatus in the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. This study usesdescriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews anddocumentation. In this research, the data analysis technique used is data analysis technique according to Milesand Huberman. The results of this study indicate the empowerment of state civil apparatus, namely theprocurement of employees who have followed the rules and regulations applied by the Regional Personnel Agencyof North Sulawesi Province, both career development and discipline application to all existing employees as wellas character, knowledge and skill development in performance development. organization, the three trainings andquick education carried out by the external party, the legal division of the regional secretariat of North SulawesiProvince. So it can be concluded that the empowerment of civil servants in empowering the State Civil Apparatusin the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province is considered quite good in carryingout the programs and tasks that have been carried out.Keywords : Empowerment, State Civil Apparatus

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Ranoraindang Hot Spring tourist attraction in LeilemVillage. The type of research used is qualitative research. This research utilizes the theoretical basis as a guide sothat the focus of research is in accordance with the facts on the ground, starting from the data, utilizing existingtheories as explanatory material and ending with a theory. Descriptive research in this study was conducted todetermine the Management of Ranoraindang Hot Springs Tourism Object in Leilem Village, Sonder District. Byusing 4 elements in management, namely: Planning (Planning) Related to the effectiveness of time planning, andprogram determination, Organizing (Organizing) Relating to effectiveness in grouping and division of tasks,Actuating (Implementation) Concerning the effectiveness or success in the implementation of each program thathas been planned, Controlling (Supervision) As a report of accountability and evaluation based on facts in thefield.Keywords: Management of Hot Springs Tourism Object, Government, and Society
