Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung perubahan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan dengan variasi penambahan jam kerja (lembur) atau (Overtime) dan Penambahan tenaga kerja (Outsoursing) serta membandingkan biaya sesudah penambahan jam kerja (lembur) (Overtime)) dan panambahan tenaga kerja (Outaoursing). Data – data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari kontraktor pelaksana. Analisis data ini mengunakan Program Microsoft Project 2019 dan Microsoft Excel 2019 dengan metode Criticat Path Method (CPM) hasil dari program Microsof Project 2019 adalah lintasan kritis dan kenaikan biaya akibat dari penambahan jam kerja (lembur) atau (Overtime) dan penmabahan tenaga kerja (outsoursing) sedangakan hasil time cost trade off adalah durasi percepatan durasi dan kenaikan biaya akibat biaya percapatan durasi dalam setiap item pekerjaan yang dipercepat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Waktu dan Biaya Total Proyek pada kondisi Normal sebesar 359 hari dengan biaya Rp.4.483.398.111,39 dengan penamabahan 1 jam kerja lembur dupatkan durasi crashing 50 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp.4.845.462.146,89 pada penambahan 2 jam kerja lembur didapatkan durasi crashing 105 hari dan biaya sebesar Rp.4.833.375.007,43 dan pada penambahan 3 jam kerja lembur didapatkan crashing sebesar 123 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp.4.879.405.942,01.(2) pada penamabahan 1 tenaga kerja durasi crashing 50 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp.8.827.937.302,15 pada penambahan 2 tenaga kerja di dapatkan crashing 105 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 7.775.804.492,28 dan pada penambahan 3 tenaga kerja didapatkan durasi crashing dengan biaya sebesar Rp.7.869.075.740,50 (3) Biaya mempercepat durasi proyek pada penambahan jam kerja lembur penambahan tenaga kerja, penambahan jam kerja lembur lebih murah di bandingankan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan apabiala mengalami keterlambatan dan kenakan denda.

Abstract

Kesadaran pekerja di perusahaan PT. Brantas Abipraya (persero) dalam menggunakan alat pelindung diri masih kurang, terkadang pekerja enggan memakai alat pelindung diri yang telah di sediakan oleh perusahaan di karenakan para pekerja merasa kurang nyaman atau tidak bebas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis menganggap perlu melakukan penilaian risiko menggunakan metode HIRARC yang di bagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko, menilai risiko hingga pengendalian risiko. Jenis penelitian yang di lakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian Dari Identifikasi potensi bahaya (hazard) yang terdapat pada lokasi proyek ditemukan 26 hazard diantaranya 6 rating high, 6 rating medium serta 14 rating low, penilaian risiko dengan penilaian likelihood, severity dan risk matriks dengan Standar AS/NZS 4320. Hazard yang mendapatkan rating high ialah terjatuh dari ketinggian pada pekerjaan pemasangan rangka atap baja, tergelincir pada area penggalian tanah, percikan api menimbulkan kebakaran pada pekerjaan instalasi listrik dan terjatuh dari perancah atau scaffolding pada tiga pekerjaan yaitu pekerjaan instalasi listrik, ducting atau tata udara dan pekerjaan hydrant. Rekomendasi pengendalian risiko dilakukan dengan pendekatan OHSAS 18001:2007 yang di pakai dalam Rating High ini yaitu Hirarki Pengendalian dengan Administrasi, Subtitusi, Perencanaan, Eliminasi Dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).

Abstract

Fishing activities that occur in this market produce waste water that still contains pollutants with concentrations above quality standards. This causes the waste water to smell bad and have high turbidity. Planning a liquid waste processing system in a market is needed to improve the quality of the air that will be discharged so that it does not pollute the environment. This research is about planning a Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) network system at the fish marketing site at the Ternate fishing port. From this research, we will know the design of the Waste Water Treatment Plant System and also the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for the planning of the IPAL. From the results of the analysis of waste water discharge calculations at the Ternate fisheries market with a total of 40 selling table units producing waste water, namely, 3,333 liters/day. So an IPAL can be designed with a length of 6.1 m, a width of 1.8 m and a height of 1.65 m. The planning for the Fishery Market Wastewater Treatment Plant has 6 compartments, namely, Screen tank or Oil/Fat Separator Tank which has a volume of 0.16 m3/day => Equalization tank has a volume of 1.4 m3/day => Initial sedimentation tank has a volume of 1 .2 m3/day => Anaerobic Biofilter tank has a volume of 1.1 m3/day => Aerobic Biofilter tank has a volume of 1.4 m3/day => Final settling tank has a volume of 0.18 m3/day. The budget required for implementing the planning for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) at the Fisheries Market is IDR. 86,009,000.00.

Abstract

Background: The increasing demand for rapid, affordable, and reliable housing has encouraged innovation in construction methods, including the RISHA modular system. However, its cost and time efficiency compared with conventional construction remain debated, especially in post-disaster and remote areas. Objective: This study aims to compare the construction costs and implementation time of the RISHA (Rumah Instan Sederhana Sehat) modular construction method and the conventional construction method for a Type 36 single-story house. Methods: This research employed a comparative quantitative approach. Data analysis included: (1) calculating work volume for each work category, (2) conducting unit price analysis based on the Ministry of Public Works and Housing’s Standard Unit Price Analysis (Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan, AHSP) and Regional Standard Unit Prices (Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan, HSPK), (3) preparing the Cost Budget Plan (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, RAB), and (4) calculating implementation time using the work coefficient method. Results: The results show that the RISHA method required a total cost of IDR 167,918,089.00 and an implementation duration of 56 working days, or 8 weeks. Meanwhile, the conventional method incurred a cost of IDR 172,562,093.00 and required 75 working days, or 11 weeks. Thus, RISHA construction provided cost savings of 2.69% and time efficiency of 25% compared with the conventional method. Although the cost of the RISHA superstructure was higher due to the use of precast components, significant savings in foundation and wall work, along with an accelerated construction timeline, made RISHA a more efficient overall alternative. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that the RISHA method offers advantages in cost and time efficiency for constructing a simple Type 36 house in the context of this study.

Abstract

  Roof truss systems play an important structural role in transferring roof loads to the supporting elements of a building. The selection of roof truss materials, such as light steel and timber, affects both structural performance and construction cost. This study aims to compare the structural performance and cost of light steel and timber roof trusses with a 7 m span under identical geometry and loading conditions. The research method was conducted through structural modeling of truss systems using structural analysis, with parameters including design loads, maximum member forces, deflection, structural weight, and cost estimation. The results indicate that both roof truss systems satisfy strength and serviceability requirements. However, the light steel roof truss exhibits a smaller maximum deflection compared to the timber roof truss. In terms of structural weight, the light steel roof truss accounts for approximately 25.62% of the timber roof truss weight, resulting in a weight reduction of about 74.38%. From an economic perspective, the light steel roof truss demonstrates higher cost efficiency, with a total cost of approximately 87.47% of the timber roof truss cost. These findings suggest that, for a 7 m span, light steel roof trusses can serve as a lighter and more economical alternative to timber roof trusses while maintaining acceptable structural performance.
