Abstract

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media for ffbuge_.  Currently ffburger_ is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This is caused by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which makes ffburger_ have a small consumer coverage and do not yet have its own brand image. Therefore, this research is aimed at providing knowledge and education regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for ffburger_ MSMEs and helping MSMEs in maximizing the use of social media and online platforms in building a good and attractive Brand Image and increasing promotion using social media by providing guaranteed increased engagement. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis which is collected through an interview process with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations are carried out in order to get the right strategy for MSME development. The results obtained by SMEs from this study are the development of a good brand image both from the number of followers on the Ffburger_ Instagram account which has increased from. In addition, the number of engagements on the Ffburger_ Instagram account is also in the last 6 days

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the level of comfort and safety at Engku Putri Square as a public space in Batam City. The research method used involves collecting primary data and secondary data through direct observation, surveys and literature studies. The factors evaluated include physical design, public facilities, cleanliness, lighting, vegetation, noise levels, and people's perceptions of security levels. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods and a cross-sectional study design with the aim of providing a better understanding of the comfort and safety conditions in Engku Putri Square, as well as providing recommendations that can improve the quality of this public space. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for the government and related parties in planning and developing better public spaces in the future.Keyword: Engku Putri Square, Public Space, Batam City, Comfort, SecureAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kenyamanan dan keamanan pada Engku Putri Square sebagai public space di Kota Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder melalui observasi langsung, survei, dan studi literatur. Faktor-faktor yang dievaluasi meliputi desain fisik, fasilitas publik, kebersihan, pencahayaan, vegetasi, tingkat kebisingan, dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap tingkat keamanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kondisi kenyamanan dan keamanan di Engku Putri Square, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dan pihak terkait dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan ruang publik yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.Kata Kunci: Engku Putri Square, Public Space, Kota Batam, Kenyamanan, Keamanan
