Abstract

Employees are the company’s assets that determine success in achieving its objectives. In obtaining a good performance of the company should provide Emotional Quotient and Confidence that serves to enhance the employee performance. The research was conducted on employees of PT Wings Surya Semarapura Branch. The phenomenon that occurs is the resulting performance of the employee has been unable to meet the specified performance targets management of PT Wings Surya Semarapura Branch. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods. The unit of analysis in this study is a combined workforce of about 39 employees. The test statistic used is regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis testing.The results of the analysis explain thatEmotional Quotient and Confidence simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. And based on t test results, Emotional Quotient and Confidence variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performanceofPT Wings Surya Semarapura Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Cheese Worksin Gianyar with a sample of 41 people. Based on the regression analysis shows the positive influence of the job satisfaction independent variable (X1) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) and the positive influence of the organizational commitment independent variable (X2) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y). From the multiple correlation analysis obtained R value of 0.941 which lies between 0.80-1,000, which means the relationship between job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance is very strong. From the determination results obtained adjusted R square determination coefficient of 87.9%, which means the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance by 87.9%. From the results of the t test for job satisfaction variables obtained tcount 3,501 with a significance level of 0.001, this means that statistically job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the first hypothesis can be accepted. For work organization commitment variable obtained tcount 4.663 with a significance level of 0.000 this means thatstatistically organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Traditional Balinese settlement is a full life and a round comprising three elements, namely: elements of the three elements celestial village manners (citizens), and Reef Village (region). Change is incident on a draft either intentional or not, to be different from the first because the influence of the outside and inside of himself. Spatial changes are changes that occur where the occurrence of changes in the function of traditional residential space formerly home residence temporary duplicated functions by not changing the main function as a traditional space. Modernity has contributed greatly to the change in the form of social and cultural. Tenganan Village People in the community have been changes in the spatial Pagringsingan that function concurrently traditional home goods store to sell souvenirs to tourists (as a tourism accommodation).This research approaches using qualitative descriptive analysis with data collection methods based on observations (observation, either directly or indirectly from the researcher to the object of research). This research was conducted in the village of Tenganan Indigenous Pegringsingan, District Manggis Karangasem Bali. From the research that has been done obtained three types of changes that occur in the traditional settlement community Tenganan Village People Pagringsingan namely: (a). Changes form (including changes in the physical building is the addition of a building from the main building), (b). Changes in the function of traditional houses that serve as a shop to sell souvenirs to tourists, causing blurring function is between traditional and modernity, (c). Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan di PT Raaga Samudra Resort yang terletak di kecamatan Manggis kabupaten Karangasem, dengan sasaran yaitu karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi saat ini yaitu penurunan pendapatan operasional yang dialami selama masa pandemi covid-19, terutama karyawan dibagian keuangan yang masih belum efektif dalam melakukan perencanaan anggaran untuk menekan biaya-biaya dari kegiatan operasional yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan laba operasional yang cukup signifikan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Melihat kondisi tersebut, Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat hadir untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan juga memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan di PT Raaga Samudra Resort terutama dibagian keuangan mengenai perencanaan anggaran dalam mengantisipasi penurunan laba operasional di masa pandemi covid-19. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah nantinya bagi karyawan dalam menentukan biaya-biaya apa saja yang harus dikeluarkan dan biaya yang perlu disimpan dengan tujuan untuk menghemat pengeluaran anggaran perusahaan agar terhindar dari risiko penurunan laba operasional.
