<![CDATA[Abstract - This web-based administrative service system is a form of information technology that is applied in the field of village government in the form of a web so that it can be accessed anywhere, while the limitations only include incoming and outgoing letters. Cikalongsari Village is one of the government institutions in Jatisari sub-district. The process of making incoming and outgoing letters such as moving letters, cover letters and death certificates that take place manually, the community is required to come directly to the village office, as is the case with other village government institutions. Other problems that arise from making incoming and outgoing letters also create a buildup of files in the village office storage so that they can cause files to be damaged or even lost. then we need an online manufacturing information system using a website to simplify the process of making correspondence at the village office and avoid the spread of the covid-19 virus as well as file accumulation. The methods and tools used, and the control and delivery required, are therefore very suitable and used because it makes it easier for customers to understand technical matters and the specifications of the desired requirements in detail.Keywords: Information System Design, Web-Based Administrative Services Abstrak - Sistem pelayanan administrasi berbasis web ini sebuah bentuk teknologi informasi yang diterapkan dibidang pemerintahan Desa yang berupa web sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja, adapun batasannya hanya mencakup surat masuk dan keluar saja. Desa Cikalongsari merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintahan di kecamatan Jatisari. Proses pembuatan surat masuk dan keluar seperti surat pindah, surat pengantar dan surat kematian yang berlangsung secara manual, masyarakat di haruskan datang secara langsung ke kantor Desa, sama halnya dengan lembaga pemerintahan Desa lainnya. Permasalahan lainnya yang ditimbulkan dari pembuatan surat masuk dan keluar ini juga membuat penumpukan berkas-berkas di penyimpanan kantor Desa sehingga dapat menimbulkan berkas rusak bahkan hilang. maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi pembuatan secara online dengan menggunakan website untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan surat menyurat di Kantor desa dan menghindari penyebaran virus covid-19 juga penumpukan berkas. Metode dan alat-alat yang digunakan, dan control dan kiriman yang diperlukan, untuk itu model prototipe sangat cocok dan digunakan karena memudahkan pelanggan dalam memahami hal teknis dan spesifikasi kebutuhan yang diinginkan secara detail.Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan Administrasi Berbasis Web ]]>
