Abstract

The background of this research with the wage policy is an important component in employment, ie as one element in the implementation of the employment relationship has a strategic role in the implementation of industrial relations. In industrial relations, government, employers and workers are interrelated. Normatively they have the same interest on the continuity of the company. Employers have an interest in the continuity of the company, due to his responsibilities as leader and orientation for profit in accordance with the capital invested. Workers have an interest in the company as a source of income and livelihood. While the government also has an interest in the continuity of the company with regard to economic growth both on a local and nasional.Perbedaan views on the establishment of wage levels often trigger disputes between workers and employers. Therefore, to reach agreement on the determination of wage rates and the role of government intervention need to be involved. Based on research carried out can be concluded that in setting the minimum wage figures cities (UMK) Pekanbaru in 2015, there are several considerations, namely the number KHL, productivity, economic growth, labor market conditions, business conditions are least able and the company's ability. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and product quality on Promag purchasing decisions in Surabaya, where the intended object was S1 Management students at Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method. The sample determined was 50 people, the data collection technique used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that price did not have a significant positive effect on Promag purchasing decisions in Surabaya. This shows that the price factor has not been able to play an important role in influencing consumer decisions to buy the promag. This means that price is no longer part of consumer priorities in buying promag drugs, because of course for healing all kinds of drugs will be purchased, as well as promag drugs. In contrast to product quality which has a positive influence on Promag purchasing decisions in Surabaya. This shows that consumer perceptions of the quality of Promag products have a significant impact on their decision to buy the ulcer drug.

Abstract

Saluran distribusi ritel produk Tolak Angin harus dimodernisasi agar dapat menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas, termasuk kelas menengah atas, remaja, dan anak-anak. Produk Tolak Angin dari Sido Muncul telah berkembang hingga mencakup jaringan distribusi modern yang disukai masyarakat kelas menengah atas yang mendambakan lingkungan belanja yang bersih, nyaman, dan lengkap. Perusahaan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas jangkauannya ke daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan di seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2014, sementara saluran tradisional tetap melayani konsumen setia kelas bawah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks syariah, perhitungan matriks BCG menunjukkan Produk Tolak Angin berada pada Kuadran I yang menunjukkan posisi tanda tanya. Namun berdasarkan laporan keuangan tahun 2019 dan 2018, pertumbuhan pasar Produk Tolak Angin menunjukkan peningkatan. Pendekatan strategis ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan konsisten yang terlihat dalam laporan keuangan selama bertahun-tahun, dan untuk mencapai standar nilai pangsa pasar sesuai dengan hukum Syariah. Posisi produk Tolak Angin saat ini pada Kuadran I menunjukkan status tanda tanya. Evaluasi Produk Tolak Angin sangat penting untuk memandu posisinya menuju peringkat bintang; ia dapat berubah menjadi posisi anjing atau naik ke posisi bintang. Dengan mengetahui persaingan antara produk Tolak Angin, meningkatkan porsi pasar menjadi lebih mungkin dalam situasi ini.
