Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat in Medan Johor District, how the effect of price on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat in Medan District of Johor, how the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat in Medan District of Johor. Based on the results of testing and analysis shows that there is a significant influence between product quality on consumer satisfaction, thus partially there is a positive and significant influence between product quality on consumer satisfaction. There is a significant effect between price on consumer satisfaction, because according to the results of statistical tests there is a positive effect of the price variable on the variable of consumer satisfaction. Thus partially there is a positive and significant influence between price on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and price simultaneously have an influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kerasaan masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya pekerjaan yang tidak selesai tepat waktunya, sikap pegawai yang kurang ramah terhadap tamu, dan pegawai kurang cepat dan cekatan dalam melayani permintaantamu. Pencapaian target pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Fenomena stress kerja dilihat dari beban kerja yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaan pegawai. Tingkat stres yang dialami pegawai berbeda-beda tergantung pada masing-masing level (jabatan) sesuai dengan beban kerja yang diterima. Tekanan dari atasan dan klien juga menambah beban pekerjaan pegawai. Tidak berimbangnya antara beban kerja dan imbalan yang diterima juga menjadi indikasi munculnya stress kerja, pegawai merasa pekerjaannya tidak dihargai oleh atasan. Minimnya pemberian pekerjaan kepada pegawai juga sering menimbulkan kecemasan dan rasa takut akan diberhentikan dari pekerjaan mereka saat ini. Faktor lain yang menjadi penyebab rendah nya kinerja adalah komunikasi sesame pegawai yang tidak berjalan dengan lancer sehingga sering kali menimbulkan kesalahpahaman. Terkadang berkomunikasi dengan nada bicara yang berbeda atau sedikit bernada tinggi dapat diartikan lain oleh orang lain, sehingga munculah kesalahpahaman tersebut. Rasa iri hati dan tidak suka antar pegawai menjadi masalah yang belum mendapatkan perhatian khusus oleh instansi, sementara hal tersebut justru yang mendasar terjadinya konflik. Sistem pembagian bonus atau upah lembur yang tidak sesuai juga sering memicu timbulnya konflik antar pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kerasaan. Keseluruhannya akan dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan membagikan kuesioner. Hasil analisis dan uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa stress kerja berkontribusi negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kerasaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi -0,028 dan nilai signifikan 0,667. Komunikasi berkontribusi positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kerasaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,365 dan nilai signifikan 0,007. Streskerja dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PuskesmasKerasaan, dengan nilai signifikan 0,016. Kemampuan stress kerja dan komunikasi adalah sebesar 17,5% dan sisanya 82,5% (100% - 17,5%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this thesis is whether there is an effect of the existence of a palm oil factory on increasing people's income in the District of Vocational Youth, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of the existence of a palm oil mill on increasing people's income in the District of Vocational Youth, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the existence of the Palm Oil Mill of PT. Socfindo on increasing people's incomes in the Young Vocational District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, shows that there is a positive influence on the variable existence of the Palm Oil Mill PT. Socfindo (X) on the variable of increasing income. Simultaneously shows that the variable existence of the Palm Oil Mill PT. Socfindo has an effect on increasing people's incomes in the Young Vocational District, Aceh Tamiang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work systems, work procedures, career development and work productivity of PTPN III employees. The research method used is quantitative research with the research population being all PTPN III employees totaling 683 people with the sample used being 253 people using simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the variables of work systems, work procedures and career development partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PTPN III employees. In conclusion, work systems, work procedures and career development can increase employee work productivity. Keywords: Career Development, Work Productivity, Work Procedures, Work Systems

Abstract

Community Service Training on Family Financial Planning and Simple Bookkeeping for Housewives has the aim of training family financial planning and simple bookkeeping for housewives, especially for women in Pelawi Selatan Village, Babalan District, Langkat Regency. Based on the initial survey of 10 respondents, it is known that out of 10 participants, mothers and housewives have not carried out family financial planning properly. The record keeping is still very limited, that is, it only records people's debts. The service method uses counseling and qualitative analysis. The results of the service, after the pre-test and post-test were carried out from 10 counseling participants, all of the 10 participants had understood family financial planning and simple bookkeeping for housewives. So, housewives can do family financial planning and can make simple bookkeeping for housewives and can record family finances well.
