Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the form of innovation in the form of top down innovation which is held in educational units in the form of curriculum innovation. The method in this research is a literature study, namely searching for literature that is relevant to the topic, namely the application of an independent curriculum in educational units. The subjects in this study were teachers at MAN Barito Selatan who had just implemented the Merdeka Curriculum in Class X. The results showed that the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN Barito Selatan had to go through intensive training to provide an understanding regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum at madsarah. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk inovasi berupa inovasi top down yang diselenggarakan di satuan pendidikan berupa inovasi kurikum. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatura yaitu mencari literatura yang relevan dengan topik yaitu penerapan kurikulum merdeka di satuan pendidikan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di MAN Barito Selatan yang baru menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di Kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum merdeka di MAN Barito Selatan harus melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan secara intensif untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait penerapan kurikulum merdeka di madsarah.
