Abstract

To support the acceleration of regional economic development, the Dumai city government wants to plan retribution posts in three locations, namely Pelintung, Bukit tinggi, and Rawa Panjang. Within this retribution area, there are postal buildings, parking lots, road pavements, and traffic circulation. Completeness of facilities and infrastructure is an absolute must. Considering the vehicles that pass through this post area are vehicles with large loads and the load is a fixed load.So that the above statement can be answered, a good rigid pavement is planned for the retribution post area and for the retribution post road itself with the method used to determine the type of pavement using the Pd-T-14-2003 method.Based on the results of the LHR and CBR surveys in the existing condition, 9.5 % was found, so it was identified that the pavement thickness designed by the Pd T-14-2003 method was 260 mm with an estimated cost of Rp. 1.931.271.163
